In line with my earlier post, the deadline for players to announce their intention to stand has now passed. Rogue (New Verham) was the only player to do so, meaning New Verham will be elected to Seat E uncontested.

Otherwise Seat E goes to @Rogue since he was both first to declare and @James had announced it previously.
