Hanzen and Nsanlosa are acknowledged and running. Unless there are no other candidates, an election will be held among FBC's between these two countries.

With no other candidates up for elections, players of the FBCs can now vote for Nsanlosa or Hanzen for Seat E of the Security Council.

I'd be interested to see Hanzen on the sc to bring a new angle but I'll wait to see if the two candidates want to work out some sort of deal or rotation first

Since Nsanlosa was a member of the previous session, we can hold a rotation with Hanzen going first then Nsanlosa. Can we agree to this?

Below is the procedure for the election in Seat E.
The seat is only open to forum-based countries. Discussions and elections are entirely out-of-character and should be conducted as such. Players who wish for their countries to stand in the elections should indicate in this thread by the end of 20 December at the very latest. Players taking part in the election (either voting or standing as candidates) must have made at least one substantive post in the month of December.

If there is more than one country that wishes to stand, controllers should attempt to discuss among themselves who should be elected in out-of-character terms. Discussion of this kind can happen prior to the deadline for nominating yourself. If no conclusion has been reached by the end of the day on 27 December then we will have a vote. I'll confirm the details of such a vote if and when we reach that point.

At the time of the last election, it was suggested by Rogue and Luis1p there might be a rotation between Hanzen and Nsanlosa. Due to the domestic political role-play that Rogue has been doing recently, he said in the Discord server he feels it would be unrealistic for Nsanlosa to be elected to the seat for the next term. From the other players eligible, is anybody interested in the seat?
