Istalia votes Aye to the Resolution 26 to condamn Vorona and Introduce sanctions against it. However, we should make notice that two Resolutions 26 have been presented. Could Hutori specify what Resolution 26 it is voting? Given your statement about the bill presented into your Parliament, we assume that you are voting in favor of the sanction against Vorona. However, to avoid any confusion, we would ask you to specify it and if the Hutorian Government would support the Resolution 26 presented by Dorvik to proceed with an investigation on Istalia, inviting the Dorvik Ambassador to rename it Resolution 27.

About the hutorian bill you mentioned, the Istalian Government would ask to the Hutorian Government to allow a committee formed by members of the Istalian Parliament and legal experts to partecipate as observers in Hutori because we are interested to enforce similar measures in Istalia.

We call the Security Council to intervene directly in Badara. Foreign forces are intervening into the conflict, both in support of the terrorist group known as Coalition, namely a paramilitary force from Gaduridos, paramilitary force of a party into the Gaduridosian Government, and Beiteynu which is supporting the Coalition in several way, as declared by Beiteynu itself into the General Assembly.
Our personel in Badara to rescue the refugees are under attack and hounted by the terrorist forces. As declared by the Prime Minister el-Nouri further forces are already reaching Badara to rescue and protect the personel and the refugees.

I received a message by part of President Maggi, from the hospital where she is recovering. She hopes that the SC will act as soon as possible, because if not, if this Organization will not recover itself from this scandalous inactivity, Istalia could be seriously consider to intervene with other means to protect what the President consider as a legitime Government, elected into a regular and fair elections and then attacked by an opposition uncapable to respect the results of the elections and to respect the Government which was chosen by the people of Badara. Until now we avoid to expose our position on the issue, having declaring our neutrality to carry on the negotiations, but now we cannot maintain this neutrality any more.
To eradicate this terrorist menace, the President will not exclude to propose to the Istalian Government to support actively the Government of Badara against the Coalition, also in case foreign nations would attempt to intervene if the Badaran Government will request a support in this sense.
However, as said, the President hopes that the SC will decide to intervene, first of all to stop any foreign nation to fueling evenmore the conflict, then to fight the Coalition and take measures against who are supporting this terroristic organization. Hoping that this Organization is still engaged in protect democracy and the peace, and protect those nations which comes here in search of support.

After the horrible and inhumane terror attacks on WC institutions, embassies and peacekeeping forces, the Istalian government proposes to bring the perpetrators to justice, by the following resolution:

Resolution 28

NOTICING The terrorist attacks on the WC building in Romula, as well as the bombing on the Istalian embassy in Badara, the shooting at the BNC offices in Badara, the murder of humanitarian aid workers and the military action against peacekeeping forces in Badara.

CLARIFYING That the terror attacks mentioned above were executed, planned and supported by the Coalition, a militarist group in Badara that undermines the democratic elected government.

THE WORLD CONGRESS SECURITY COUNCIL

Undertakes to end terrorism all over the world, to start with the most militarist and dangerous organisations. And therewith:
I. Recognises the Coalition as a terrorist organisation after the military actions that go against every form of decency or humanity.
II. Allows military measures under the authority of the Security Council if the Government of Badara should request a support in this sense to eradicate this terrorist menace and to defend the democratically elected Government of Badara.
III. Take immediate measures against all these nations which want or is already intervening into the conflict to stop to fueling furthermore this war.

Together, my fellow brothers and sister, we can honour the victims by putting this violent group to an end. Terrorism is a threat to each and every one of us. How long will it take before they do their very next move? what will it be? Before they can do anything more, we need to stop them to save innocent lives from political extremism.

The Federal Republic of Hutori votes Aye in Favor of Resolution 27.

The Federal Republic of Hutori abhors terrorism in the same vein as slavery. While we fully support the notion of self determination and national sovereignty the blatant attack against not just the dually elected government of Badara, but the brazen and senseless attack against the Republic of Istalia are an attack against democracy and the attack against the WC Offices in Romula are attack against this very institution. We condemn in the strongest possible terms these terrorist attacks and offer our full and unconditional support to Resoltuon 28 by voting Aye
