APPOINTING Dorvish Feldjäger General der Feldjäger Klaus von Färber as the first Director-General of the World Congress Peacekeeping Office.

Resolution 40
NOTING the passage of Resolution 37 which calls for a cease-fire in the Hulstro-Kazulian conflict;

RECOGNIZING the relations between Dorvik, Hulstria an Kazulia;

APPOINTS Dorvik as the Security Council's representative to work towards a peace process.
