We are very sad we cannot join you but for security purposes we do not want to walk around the halls of the general assembly. So please excuse our caution. The Malivian side of the Wolfsheim research team has been able to sufficiently weaken 2/10 bacterial cultures in our last experiment to a sufficient decree that they can be technically used for inoculation. Now we can't stress enough that this doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme of things. We need to do a lot more research to find a true efficient way of weakening the bacteria so the vaccine can be mass produced and then we need to find a lot of other variables before a vaccine can be introduced into the public.
We took the first step to combating this disease now we only need to walk the other 10 km.
