Postby November » Fri Jan 19, 2018 6:28 pm

Resolution 53:

NOTING that the Security Council is in need of more inclusion;

STATING that other World Congress nations should, to a certain degree, have influence in Security Council.

SEARCHING for measures to make sure the Security Council not just five nations forcing their agenda on others:

THE SECURITY COUNCIL OF THE WORLD CONGRESS

1. Creates a so-called ''Advisory proposal rule'', in which World Congress nations can oblige the Security Council to seriously consider a proposal if their proposal has the support of at least eight nations. This could be through a General Assembly vote, but also in the form of an international treaty.

Ali Azmera Melos, World Congress Representative for Cobura:

Cobura invites input from our esteemed colleagues on RP53. We believe this resolution will make the World Congress a more equitable body that ensures all nations have a voice on the Security Council.
