Resolution 53:

NOTING that the Security Council is in need of more inclusion;

STATING that other World Congress nations should, to a certain degree, have influence in Security Council.

SEARCHING for measures to relieve the Security Council from its interventionist and dictate prejudices:

THE SECURITY COUNCIL OF THE WORLD CONGRESS

1. Creates a so-called ''Advisory proposal rule'', in which World Congress nations can oblige the Security Council to seriously consider or at least debate a proposal if their proposal has the support of at least eight nations. This could be through a General Assembly vote, but also in the form of an international treaty.
