Prince Léopold-Eksandr d'Orléans-Vasser, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Vanuku to the World Congress

Esteemed Council,

The choices made by the previous government, in which the party and Prefect I represent took no place, has been internally and openly condemned.

Yes, changes must happen. No, the world should not submit to Kazulian imperialism on a whim. It was the Northern Council that threatened nuclear strikes, not us.

Henceforth we issue a NAY & VETO on this proposal.

Once again the Vanukean delegation derails its punishment. However, allow for us to highlight the hypocrisy being peddled by the Vanukean delegation. The Northern Council has not threatened nuclear strikes. Vanuku, angered at the fact that the Northern Council had intervened to stop the madness that was its reckless approach to the conflict threatened to utilise nuclear weapons against the task force for its viewed its very presence of a threat to its strategic objectives. I wonder if the Vanukean delegation would illustrate a similar rhetoric to the government in Romula? Amidst being ejected from its base in Kalistan, the Vanukean Government positioned nuclear submarines in the straits of Dovani, as an open warning to the approaching Northern Council Task Force. The aggressive rhetoric being peddled by the Vanukean Government only illustrates the fact that it buckles under a necessary pressure. Let it be known that the Northern Council will not mix words when it says, It supports the peace process but will not leave until the Vanukean Government and Vanuku itself pays for its reckless actions.

No, ambassador, we do not derail the discussion. The blatant lies of the Kazulian delegation and their threats of invading Jelbania and Vanuku are disgusting. I possess evidence of Northern Council delegates discussing nuking Vanuku into orbit, of invading Vanuku. Those submarines were always a part of the Fourth Fleet, it remained stationed there as it was ordered to patrol the waters near Dovani, a place where NC nations wage war. Dismiss the Kazulian paranoia and embrace peace.

If the Vanukean representative could please present such information, it will be much appreciated. As it pertains to the withdrawal of nuclear forces. The Northern Council will withdraw.

Ambassador to the World Congress from Dorvik, Elena Heitkamp:

Dorvik votes AYE to this resolution. We will take this to highest courts to prevent Vanuku's shameful veto from being listened to, and we hope that all nations will side with us in simply ignoring their right to veto considering the matter.

Ambassador to the World Congress from The Confederation of New Endralon, Kizenia and Kuzaki, Nedelcu Zamfir,
Although the irresponsible Vanukean veto has made this resolution irrelevant, we still feel the near to express the Confederation's standpoint. As such, the Confederation of New Endralon, Kizenia and Kuzaki votes AYE on resolution 65.
