Esteunio Mazoridano, Coburan Ambassador to the World Congress:

For the World Congress Human Rights Office, Cobura nominates former Prime Minister Asha Zemala. Miss Zemala has been PM for 9 years, in which she gained the experience and skills needed for an office like this. During her tenure, she fought for human rights all over Majatra, including criticizing the Zardic government after it turned into a communist, opressive regime. In Cobura, she already stands as a symbol of equality and tolerance, and we hope to see other nations endorse her so she can become such a symbol for the World Congress as well.

Zemala, loving mother of two children, is already a settled name in Majatra, after gaining notoriety by organizing the Majatran Climate Change Conference in 4434, which resulted in the historical Sharba Accords, in which several Majatran nations pledged to jointly battle issues like climate change and pollution. Furthermore, when PM, Zemala launched the 'democratization' of Cobura, in which the legislative term was drastically shortened and other measures were imposed to ensure a stable and transparent democracy. At last, she is a great activist for LGBT rights, and her efforts to promote the LGBT-friendly agenda led to the ratification of the ''Protection of LGBT Citizens II'' treaty that provided such citizens with secured rights and unconditional protection under Coburan law.

As High Commissioner, Miss Zemala will not only fight against issues such as slavery, racism and capital punishment, but will also strive for an SC campaign sanctioning discriminating policies on the grounds of gender and sexuality.

"The Dorvish Republic puts Major General Dietmar Kosar of the Dorvish Army up for the position of General-Director of the World Congress Peacekeeping and Assistance Force. Major General Kosar has served in the Dorvish Army for the past 15 years, rising from the first enlisted rank of Private all the way to the rank of Major General. Major General Kosar has been instrumental in being attached to several major offices within the Dorvish Republic. Major General Kosar has recently served as a staff officer in the Amt Va: Head Troop Office, the office responsible for recruitment and ordering of Dorvish military troops throughout all the branches of the Dorvish Armed Forces. We firmly believe that this alone makes the Major General qualified to be the initial director of the WCPAFO to begin the operations. Alongside that, the Major General has served as a liaison to the State Security Main Office, the primarily domestic intelligence agency of Dorvik. Prior to that the Major General was served as the IIb (NCO and Enlisted Personnel Adjutant) staff officer and prior to that the IVa (Administration) staff officer of the 23rd Panzer Division Regismund.

The Major General has also laid out his plans for the WCPAFO in that he wishes to establish several multi-national battalions to serve as the basis for the quick response force of the WCPAFO; he wants to establish a multi-national mission to combat piracy throughout the globe and serve as the transportation for the quick response force meant to be deployed as peacekeepers throughout the globe in the event of a crisis. Along with this, Major General Kosar firmly believes in the establishment of a World Congress Military Staff Council in order to carry out the functions and duties assigned to the World Congress Peacekeeping and Assistance Force."

Major General Kosar is the candidate we wish to put forward to become the first General-Director.

Aegidius Koppe,
General-Plenipotentiary to the World Congress

World Congress Roleplay Coordinator

In accordance with Resolution 69, this resolution has passed with a 2-0-6 vote. As a note, I am assuming that the Coburan and Dorvish votes would've been supportive of their respective candidates; it is of little consequence now as they would've finished their terms.
