The Security Council
Reaffirming its strong commitment to the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of the Barmenistani Social Republic,
Deeply Concerned by the detailed report on the use of chemical weapons in Barmenistan, condemning the killing of civilians that resulted from it, affirming that the use of chemical weapons constitutes and stressing that those responsible for any use of chemical weapons must be held accountable.
Recognising that the proliferation and use of chemical weapons is a danger to the establish global peace and its continuity.
Acknowledging the detailed report by the Kazulian Delegation, underscoring the need for a broader, internationally-coordinated investigation into chemical weapons proliferation and use in the Barmenistani Social Republic.
Acknowledging further the tireless work of the Vanukean Government in determining the proliferation of the aforementioned chemical weapons by the Barmenistan Social Republic.
Determined that the use of that the use of chemical weapons in the Barmenistani Social Republic constitutes a threat to international peace and security. '
Does hereby move to implement measures to further prevent the use of chemical weapons by the Barmenistani Social Republic and its subordinate structures and institutions.
The Security Council does hereby issue the following mandate,
- Barmenistan provide full, unconditional, unrestricted access of all aspects and features of its capabilities/capacity to develop weapons of mass destruction (in the frame of chemical weapons), and all holdings including their components and development facilities.
- Barmenistan allow the Security Council, in the form of a joint inspection team consisting of inspectors from the security council nations (both permanent and temporary), unrestricted access to records, facilities and personnel associated directly and/or indirectly with the aforementioned issue.
- Barmenistan make available all aspects of the aforementioned programme (which were previously hidden), open to the Joint Inspection Team.
