The second election to Seat E will follow the same process as the first with a slightly longer timescale.

The seat is open only to non-playable countries (otherwise known as the "Third World"). The discussions and elections are entirely out-of-character and should be conducted as such. Players who wish for their countries to stand in the elections should indicate in this thread by the end of the 20 June at the very latest.

If there is more than one country that wishes to stand, controllers should attempt to discuss among themselves who should be elected in out-of-character terms. Discussion of this kind can happen prior to the deadline for nominating yourself. If no conclusion has been reached by the end of the day on 27 June then we will have a vote. I'll confirm the details of such a vote if and when we reach that point.
