OOC: Security Council Seat E Election

The next election to Seat E will follow a similar process to the last with a slight modification to the rules that require players have at least one substantive post in the month during which the election takes place.

The seat is open only to non-playable countries (otherwise known as the "Third World"). The discussions and elections are entirely out-of-character and should be conducted as such. Players who wish for their countries to stand in the elections should indicate in this thread by the end of the 21 July at the very latest. Players taking part in the election (either voting or standing as candidates) must have made at least one substantive post in the month during which the election takes place

If there is more than one country that wishes to stand, controllers should attempt to discuss among themselves who should be elected in out-of-character terms. Discussion of this kind can happen prior to the deadline for nominating yourself. If no conclusion has been reached by the end of the day on 28 July then we will have a vote. I'll confirm the details of such a vote if and when we reach that point.
