The Kingdom of Dorvik is ready and prepared for this new session.

It is unfortunate that yet again we're dealing with what appears to be a coup in North Dovani.

Troy Hillman (Hutori), Special Ambassador to the Security Council

Greetings, I am the special ambassador of Hutori to the security council, nominated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hutori.

It is our understanding that there is one again an equality of vote between Hutori and Lourenne concerning the seat D of the security council. If the other member of the Security Council decide to choose Hutori as the holder of the Seat D, it will be our honor to serve on this council.

Ariel Tzafrir (Beiteynu), WC Ambassador

To our esteemed colleague from Dorvik, we find ourselves in agreement towards the worrying situation in North Dovani. We are aware however of efforts by the Istalian government working towards stabilising the situation and providing humanitarian aid. The government of Istalia has been in direct contact with our own government in Beiteynu in assisting towards de-escalation.

With regards to the tensions between Beiteynu and Luthori, we'd like to bring the attention of our colleagues to a document provided to us by the Terran Remediation Agency, which includes the investigative details of the Baruch assassination. Rest assured, following Luthori's failed attempt to impose sanctions both governments seem to be back on the diplomatic table.

We would like to inquire as to how the situation is advancing in North Dovani. Have the effort of Istalia been successful so far? Is the situation getting better in North Dovani? Hutori is capable of sending help to stabilise the situation if it's needed.

We are pleased to inform the council that the situation between Beiteynu and Luthori has been resolved. It is quite admirable to me how sovereign nations, even at the greatest of odds and under the turmoil of peculiar circumstances can still sit at the table, reason, and prosper together, regardless of the fluidity of politics.
