Fellow members of the Security Council,

Recently, Artania has seen heightened tensions between Aloria and Dorvik, with the National Military Council, effectively in control of the government in Aloria, threatening war against Dorvik and pushing for labor camps for Alorian nationals of Dorvish descent. This kind of reckless behavior is destabilizing and dangerous, and threatens to mire other nations in the region in the conflict as well. Above all, this body must promote peace and stability, and to that end, Luthori too is committed to taking one of many courses available at its disposal. The Luthorian Foreign Ministry has contacted President Goli Shyamala Veer and urged him to ease tensions. The hope is that the NMC and the government will end this saber-rattling rhetoric.

As for what must be undertaken by this body, I propose a resolution condemning Aloria for its diplomatic language. A united Security Council standing in opposition to this kind of behavior has the potential to deter ambitions for war and prevent bloodshed. I introduce the following resolution:

Resolution 15 (4166)

The Security Council,

Guided by the principles of peace and prosperity for all Terra,

Expressing grave concern that the recent rise in tensions between Aloria and Dorvik imperil the regional security and stability of Artania,

1. Reaffirms the necessity of open communication and diplomacy to diffuse tensions and prevent conflict;

2. Condemns the recent provocative statements by the government of the Democratic Republic of Aloria (Demokratische Republik Aloria), which threaten the regional peace and stability sought by all nations of Artania.

The situation is really scandalous and outragious! The Military Leader of Aloria, General Ludwig Grevis, the real ruler of the Nation, are showing a behavior dangerous and against any civilized law and behavior!
Enslavement of alorian citizens with dorvish origin, imprisonment of the Ambassador of Dorvish and threats of war justified by the fact that, words of the General Grevis itself: Dorvik has a communist party in charge of the nation's defence ministry, a fact for which Grevis think that it is essential for Aloria to declare war on this communist nation.
Falsehood and futile reasons! In fact currently we are finding that by Dorvish there has been no action of any kind against Aloria to justify such as behavior and statements.
Rather, given this bill about the Artanian Union, the Metzisme Kommunistische partei declare that was Aloria to propose it to Dorvish, and the ratification of the Treaty on the Artanian Union by Aloria could confirm that the decision of the General Grevis is an unilatar and arbitrary act of hate against the peace and friendly relations with other nations, probably in search of military glory for itself or to united the Nation against a common enemy to stabilize the military regime or again due to an irrational and unjustified crusade against leftist and Metzist ideologies which pushed Aloria to take meausures like the internation in labour camps of all the alorian citizens who are participating in anti-governmnet activities, strongly restriction of the civil rights for their citizens, arbitrary "anti-terroristic" measures against leftist movements, etc...

but what is even more worrying is that General Grevis is threatening above all the lives of the citizens of Aloria given the fact that: 1. Dorvish, given the declaration of the Alorian Independence Party, has a stronger military than Aloria (first comment on the war proposal) and 2. If this treaty will pass in Dorvish and in Dundorf, knowing the dundorfian defensive policy in support of its allies, Aloria will most likely find itself facing both Dundorf and Dorvish, a war which Aloria will not be able to gain with great pain and sufference for its own people.

First of all we have to think to the labour camps established in Aloria and to the citizens "enslaved" under labour force and locked up into these camps of shame!

I invite the General Secretary, in behalf of the Security Council of the World Congress, to take contact with the two Governments assuring the full support for Dorvish and notifying to Aloria our Resolution.

But I think that, given the human rights threat representing by the labour camps, the Security Council shall take a firmly position against the behavior of the Military Regime in Aloria and their actions. My fellew citizens already suffered into labour camps, my Nation already has faced such an affront and crime and we will not allow once again to this organization to lost itself in useless speeches around labour or concentration camps nor fact-finding missions proposals given the fact that this is not an accusation to be confirmed launched by Dorvish, but a proposal by the military rulers of Aloria currently under the vote!

For this reason we demand an unanimous condemnation of such acts and the immediate release of those citizens arbitrarily imprisoned only for racial and political reasons!

Given this speech of General Grevis in front of Alorian military colonels and generals it is clear how all this is an irrational hate campaign against leftist and in particularly against Metzist ideologies, a campaign founded on a chauvinist far-right extremism, confirmed also by the fascist-style salute which Grevis used to greet the soldiers.

Given the rest of the statements by other parties in Aloria, I think it is categorical open a dialogue with the ALORIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS PARTY (ANC), which support the Military rules of Grevis, to withdraw its support and save its own Nation from the madness of this dangerous man, an authoritarian, fascist and paranoid official who is in danger of dropping into chaos and horror of an unwinnable war his own country.
