Fatima el-Nouri, Istalian Representative to the General Assembly,

Hoping to improve the peace process in Badara and expecting that this could stop Beiteynu from sending other troops and support to the terrorists who are undermine the legitime Government of Badara, which already declared that even only one Beiteynese soldier in Badara will mean a declaration of war, and ready to support the Resolution 29 into the Security Council, the Government of Istalia has decided to bring back the remaining 500 soldiers currently stationed as peacekeeping forces in Badara. We are prepared to work with the nations of the WC to launch a humanitarian aid programme with SC oversight to provide the citizens of Badara with healthcare and basic necessities.

The government of Beiteynu welcomes the initative of Istalia and intends not to send any troops to Badara for the time being in so far as the Kafuran troops leave as well. The continuing support for the coalition in terms of military equipment and other essentials will continue as will the state of emergency and the general mobilization until new negotiations and a ceasefire between all parties can be agreed upon.
Beiteynu will make it clear to the Marines and to other groups that a further escalation of the conflict is neither wished nor hoped for. Should all sides agree to a complete ceasefire the government of Beiteynu will suspend immidately the help. A SC led intervention with peacekeeping troops will be supported by the government of Beiteynu if necessary with troops under the SC command.

From Shruti Shree Foreign Affairs Minister of Malivia:

Excuse me esteemed representatives but its has come to my attention that a lack of yours could spiral this conflict so much out of hand.

At this moment we are speaking Mikuni-Hulstria is declaring war on Badara shouldn't we do something about that?

I propose we cordon off Mikuni-Hulstria until they reside their war declaration.

Abdul Amari:
We welcome the settlement and the removal of all Beitenyu troops from our country, in exchange for Istalian withdrawal. We thank Beitenyu for this major move towards restoring peaceful relations in Badara and elsewhere.

There were never Beiteynuese trops on Badaran soil. The military advisors remain as long as the negotiations have not been concluded as outlined in our earlier statement. Fighting troops will however not sent, when also the Kafuran troops depart!

Dr. Yasir Rashid al-Janni, Special Representative of the Majatran Republic of Kafuristan,

If the Beiteynuese governement claims to have no forces inside Badara, then Kafuristan has no troops in Badara either. True, there may be Kafuri nationals supporting and fighting on the side of the democratically elected government of Badara and there may even be Kafuri soldiers among them. If there are any Kafuri soldiers, they are so in their free time. There is nothing my Government is able, or willing, to do to stop them from doing their patriotic duty supporting their Badaran brothers and sisters in their struggle against terrorists and their foreign masters.

Fatima el-Nouri, Istalian Representative to the General Assembly:

Since the conflict cooled down with the Istalian decision to return peace forces, which was followed by a Beiteynu promise that there would be sent no forces to Badara, the WC is manoevring to create a humanitarian mission to help rebuild Badara. Even though Badara is still at war, tensions have relaxed a bit, which opens the way to a possible other series of peace talks. The Mikuni-Hulstrian declaration of war against Badara only heatens up the conflict and is not in any way justified, since Mikuni-Hulstria has less to no contact or conflict with the Badaran government. We hope the government of Mikuni-Hulstria will come back on their decision and stop fueling this conflict, because it does not suit a decent WC nation to recklessly declare war without proper reasons.

Fatima el-Nouri, Istalian Representative to the General Assembly:

With great grief I must inform the General Assembly that General Secretary Luděk Mareš has become the victim of a terrorist attack at his hotel, here in Romula. I can confirm mr.
Mareš has deceased. The General Secretary insisted on sole protection of his own security guard without any other security force interviening, which lead to poor protecton of the hotel. We No one has claimed responsibility for the attack yet, but we have several suspects whom one of we expect to claim responsibility any time. I want to offer the Mareš family our condoleances and wish them all strength in getting trough the dark period ahead. I can promise that we will find the ones who did this and put them to justice.
