We want to inform the General Assembly and the Security Council about the research done about a cure. Malivia, Hutori, Malivia, Indrala, Selucia, Kalopia and Cancon have all started researching and only Malivia and Cancon, Malivia and Hutori and possibly Cancon and Hutori are cooperating. This is highly ineffective and spils a lot of recources in double research. We therefore ask the General Assembly and the Security Council to create an international body to supervice all the research and combine the multiple researchers in one joint team. Cancon volunteers to take the lead in such a team as we are the first one to start researching and we think we have the most result. Our only demand is that we, as a private company, can still make a profit when we find a cure, vaccine or something that can help. We were thinking about a 20% profit on top of the production and research costs done by Cancon. Don't forget that we as a private company are taking a big risk investing in research for a cure we might never find.

Aretha Antonopoulou, Selucian Ambassador to the World Congress

Selucia supports the initiative of the Cancon specialists, and it is ready to send some of its top researchers in other to find something to stop this disease. However,
if a remedy is found, Selucia would demand to have it for free for the Selucian citizens. We understand that as a private company, money is above all, but for us, Terran lifes are above all and we can't put a price to them. We may be taking a big risk, but Selucia is ready to do so understanding that, if we don't do it, the disease may end up affecting everyone

Jaswinder Patel Minister of Foreign Affairs and liaison to the General Assembly from Malivia,

Ms. Aretha Antonopoulou the solution to your problem is an easy one. Subsidize completely the vaccine. That is what Malivia will do if Cancon manages to make a vaccine before we do.

Otto Zunke, Hulstrian Ambassador to World Congress:

Members of the Assembly,

It is clear that due to the reckless behaviour of certain members of the international community the 'Oriental Disease' has been allowed to spread around the globe and is now in danger of becoming an unstoppable pandemic. We feel the opportunism of the Cancon organisation in trying to profit from this is totally unethical and that the world community should - where necessary - censure their behaviour and seize their assets - to ensure what research they have is available for everyone and free of charge.

Fortunately, Hulstria is able to help too. Given that we have been at the forefront of trying to contain this disease for several years now, our scientists have had first-hand experience of plague victims, symptoms, strains of the virus and other pertinent information. Our government is willing to share these valuable experiences, findings and research with the world community - thus pushing forward the chance to find a vaccine or, dare I say it, a cure by months - if not more.

Unlike Cancon we put no monetary value on this research. However, given the oppressed situation we find ourselves in, there are a couple of stipulations:

Firstly, the Security Council must, without hesitation or procrastination, suspend its actions in relation to Resolution 47 and 48 and subsequently lift the naval and trade embargoes that are in place against Hulstria.

Secondly, Resolution 46 - WCHM in Ostland to fight the Wolfsheim Infection - must be amended to ensure that any WCHM mission is only carried out following direct consultation with Hulstria and through a pre-planned land corridor, the parameters of which will be defined in discussion with Hulstria.

Once these matters are addressed, Hulstria will share its extensive and valuable knowledge on the disease.

Thank you. We await your reply.

We understand the worries of the Selucian ambassador. Ofcourse, a terran life is priceless, but we must say that we were the first one to start research on the disease. If we had known that we would not be payed we would not start research and terra would be worse off. And the Malivian representative has already explained a solution to making this cure/vaccine available for everyone.

The Hulstrian representative is talking shit. Not only does he blame the plague on everybody (exept Hulstria ofcourse), he also blaims our company of unethical behavior. Which is, as all nations can see, extremely hypocritical and also a lie. Hulstria invaded a nation. Hulstria burns settlements. Hulstria has started multiple wars. Hulstria has racial segregation. Hulstria blocks research about the disease and blocks humanitarian efforts. Instead of Hulstria, Cancon has started researching the disease. And we were first by the way, while the international community (there are exemptions such as Malivia) did nothing. And now, we as the starters of the research, must turn in our possible profits and leave? That is not fair if you ask me.

Otto Zunke wrote:Unlike Cancon we put no monetary value on this research.

Do you believe yourself? You ask for sanctions to be lifted which translates into money, more money for the crimes against humankind by Hulstria.

Otto Zunke, Hulstrian Ambassador to World Congress:

"With all due respect, we only ask for the sanctions to be lifted to stop the suffering in our nation. Many people are starving as the result of the unwarranted embargoes and this could lead to a spread of disease. What we ask for is certainly not the same as the corporate-driven and shareholder-led greed Cancon is proposing.

To enlighten their representative, Hulstria did not invade Ostland: we were invited by their government to send in our troops to restore law order and protect people. The settlement-burning containment policy was fully endorsed and was extremely effective unlike much of the research so far. Furthermore, all the other points he brings up about our nation are total fabrications, based on propaganda he has read in certain nations' press.

I think terra has heard enough, I don't think I need to respond to what the Hulstrian representative said.

Salvatore Puddu, Istalian Ambassador

Collegues,
Hulstria is lying, totally lying! We have the proof and my Government asked me to show you documents directly from Hulstria!
We have nothing more to say, only that it is time to join our efforts to search internationally a solution to this damned disease, Hulstria or not! Also because clearly their "experience" is just smoke and mirrors!

After 2,500 death and 50,000 infected and with an entire society on the edge of the panic and the terror, we have no more time and patience to still continue to hear shenanigans and get fooled by the Hulstrians.

Soon Hulstria will be the one to come to us to ask aid and health support! I can assure you!
