The Security Council has voted;

Their shall be a High Commissioner of the WCASO and WCAPO appointed by a majority of the Security Council, for a single term not exceeding 20 years. The High Commissioners shall be from any member state and will create their own team, out of their budget, with a decade long budget submitted by the High Commisioner every 10 years detailing the funding required, to be approved by the Security Council.

It is now vital we name these High Commissioners.

To this end;

Luthori nominates Admiral Edvard Prestegard of Kazulia for the position of High Commissioner of the WCAPO.

We await our friends in Istalia to propose a High Commissioner for the WCASO.

We believe Cobura also has a say in this. We endorse Admiral Edvard Prestegard of Kazulia for the position of High Commissioner of the WCAPO. Furthermore, we endorse Merani Balenko, Coburan Supreme Judge, as High Commissioner for the WCASO

Otherwise, at this stage, we would support Merani Balenko, Coburan Supreme Judge, as High Commissioner for the WCASO.

We propose Vanukean Vice-Admiral Valkry Btházrdrsme Káraky for the role of High Commissioner of the WCAPO. He has 30 years' experience co-ordinating multi-national anti-piracy measures in the Majatran Sea and Verranderlijke Ocean, protecting some of the busiest shipping lanes on Terra.

We endorse Merani Balenko, Coburan Supreme Judge, as High Commissioner for the WCASO.
