Mr. Secretary-General, the Kingdom of Kazulia is here because once more our sovereign territory has been attacked by one of our neighbours. After months of rising tensions in our relations with the Second Kyo Empire, the Imperial Dankukin Armed Forces launched an artillery barrage of a border town, killing three persons and injuring hundreds more. Until now our actions have played out to the tunes of rumour and counter-rumour. In light of this attack against our national sovereignty, the Kingdom of Kazulia will take no precaution in condemning the actions of the Second Kyo Empire. We intend on seeing this conflict through for it is our right to protect our sovereignty. We do not intend on negotiating any settlement with any nation until our objectives are met.

Mr. Secretary-General and Representatives of the Nations members of the WCSC,
after a long time Istalia once again take the floor in this august body, to denounce the reckless actions by part of the authorities of the Second Kyo Empire. Istalia for year expressed its negative judgment on the Dankukin regime and condemned the aggressive actions by part of the regime, fueled by the "God" Empress and her puppets placed in the official roles just pursuing the propaganda interests of the regime which now opened a conflict which will hit and will hurt a lot of Dakukin citizens.

We are facing actually a absolute monarchy, a totalitarianism which once again is causing a war threatening the integrity of Kazulia, the safeness of its citizens and causing troubles all over north Dovani and the rest of the world.

Istalia would like express all its closeness to Kazulia and that it is intention of Istalia to put in place sanctions to Dankuk and also agaist third nations which are helping the Dankukin regime.

And if the words by the Kazulian ambassador could be "hard", hearing the decision by part the Kazulian Government not to negotiate until the reaching of its goals, we can share the concerns by Kazulia: Dankuk for centuries was the cause of wars and serious crisis for Kazulia and the Kazulian Government clearly wants to reach its goals to eradicate permanently this menace.
However, Istalia cannot avoid to ask to the Kazulian Government to be open to accept an international assistance for possible negotiations and thus we invite Kazulia not to exclude the negotiations path.
