The short of it is this: any nation that thinks they can attack the sovereignty of the World Congress without response is mistaken. We urge the Keymonite delegation to take recess and reflect on their approach, it has been extremely undiplomatic.

I simply proposed a solution to a conflict. And my compromise is not a “attack in World Congress sovereignty”. If you read the compromise you would note that I stated that the World Congress should be allowed to continue operating on Whale Island while the Temanian government took over legislative and governmental control of the island. Nowhere in there did I state that the island should be taken by force.

I’d like to ask you, how is the World Congress handing over control of an entire island, while still maintaining there own sovereign absolutes, “threatening the sovereignty of the World Congress”?

With respect to the territorial claim of Temania, we only affirm that we respect, maintain and ratify the current agreement regarding whale island.

As the representatives of Dorvick and Citufingani said, any type of aggression against this territory of peace will be considered an attack against our nation.

We suggest to the countries and politicians involved in this claim that they prioritize other issues in international politics. It will also be our last expression in this regard.

It is unfortunate, But I must warn my friends from the others nation that Kanjor is going Fascists, Our nation is going to slavery, in at least 16 months. First we will withdraw from all treaties forbiding slavery, then we legalize slavery and the Genocide will start.

The world must be aware that Kanjor will commit crimes against thanks to the nationalists and the militarists parties.

Of course, as long as my friends hold ministry, they will not accept this. But we believe the paramilitaries will enforce a form of slavery.

Panai Toshi, Cifutingani Ambassador to the World Congress:
The Cifutingani delegation would like to highlight the recent decision by the so-called "transitional government" of Istapali to align itself with the radical regimes already in place in Liore, Utari Mosir and Suyu Llaqta. All four nations have now signed mutual defence treaties and created what they describe as an "Axis of Sovereignty", which can better be described as an "Axis of Abuse". In Utari Mosir, forced labour and executions of ethnic minorities continue while in the other three states, minorities are treated as second class citizens, opposition is silenced and democracy has been abolished. It is worth remembering that Utari Mosir still does not accept the sovereign control of the island of Kamphon exercised by Cifutingan. The World Congress Security Council must act urgently to send a message to these nations that their continued rejection of international norms won't be tolerated.

Nicholas Laspina, Cildanian representative to the World Congress

We concur with the honourable representative of Cifutingani. The dangerous precedent that is being set by certain nations on the Dovani continent is threatening the stability of the entire region. Thousands are being killed and more displaced while we stand here and watch.
I hereby propose to the General Assembly that we jointly condemn this behaviour and ensure that the international human rights once created by this body will also be upheld by it.

Panai Toshi, Cifutingani Ambassador to the World Congress:
As feared, the government of Utari Mosir has now used its alliance with radical regimes across the region as a way to enable it to invade the island of Kamphon, a territory which has belonged to Cifutingan for centuries. An act of aggression such as this should not be tolerated by the international community and we call on the Security Council to authorise a direct military response: a liberation of Utari Mosir.

Kalama Nalanie, Tropican Ambassador to the World Congress

Our nation believe that is unacceptable for a country, to invade the terrorites of anothers country like. We would not tolerate Temania if they decided to invade Kamehameha, which belong to Tropica. We shall support the demands of Cifutingan and demand that security council authorise military response to the threat posed by the Utar Mosir Government, First the liberation of Kampton, second the liberation of Utar Mosir, which should include remplacing the government of Utar Mosir. We should have invaded Utar Mosir long ago to prevent such events.

Samira Avdeeva, President of Confederația Noului Endralon, Kizenia și Kuzaki

The Government of Utari Mosir has exceeded all tolerable limits and has become a threat to international security and peace. Not satisfied with spilling the blood of its citizens, they shed the blood of their neighbors.

We support the government of Cifutingan in its demand and we will present the formal request for "a mandate of military intervention" for the liberation of the island of Kamphon and of the citizens held hostage in the concentration camps.

Tropica would like to encourage all members of the security council to vote yes to the resolution R-76 (NEKK) Mandate for military intervention

As for ourserlves. We have never developped an Army and we are unable to help Cifutingan, directly. However, we can send multiple medical teams, who will provide assistance to the military of Cifutingan and those who decided to join the front lines of War.

For us, it is important that not only Kampton is liberated from hostiles forces, but freed from a fascists government. Concentration camps have no place in today's moderns countries.
