Delegates,

The representative from Kalistan, presently known as Enskalan Estatua, is correct in pointing out the foreign policy position of Istalia. Primarily, the Empire claims to uphold international norms, but what are these norms that the definitionally-imperial power seeks to strengthen and protect? At every turn, the Empire has sought to undermine the sovereignty of so-called "minor powers," whether by its words or by its actions. As the Kalistani representative astutely said, Istalia is obsessed with "strangling... improvement in its cradle," if such improvement comes to the poorest and least-developed countries on the planet. If these are "international norms," we want no part in this grotesque game.

Delegates, the Kingdom sincerely wishes that the conflict between the elected government and nationalists within Kalistan could have been resolved without this escalation of activity in the North Anantonese, but it is factual nonetheless that the democratically-mandated government requested the assistance of Lourenne. While we have reservations regarding the emerging details of the Lourennian intervention, we shall follow the lead of the Yingdalan representative in asserting the mission's legitimacy. We hope that those among the rag-tag team of so-called "Great Powers" will heed the emerging consensus among the international community on this issue.

Envoy of Bianjie to the World Congress

Ladies and gentlemen of the General Assembly, Your Excellencies, Dorgon Riknaak, my uncle and former Khan of Bianjie, is no more. By the grace of the Great Sky, the people have installed me as their new leader.

Let it be known that my uncle was nothing short of a tyrant. His actions discredited his position and dishonored his country. I promise you, such actions will never return to Bianjie while I sit upon the Salt Throne. The government of Bianjie desires to work with you all, including the Security Council, to discover what exactly my uncle did. We stand ready to assist and are more than happy to provide restitution and atonement.

Despite our varied past of civil war, we are a pastoral people caught in the throes of modernity. During the Spring and Summer, we prefer to be nomads, while in the Fall and Winter we prefer to be sedentary in urban areas. I seek to emphasize the traditional and the modern during my rule to bring peace and prosperity to my people once and for all and on their terms. Bianjie will not be the deranged denizen of Dovani any further.

We are glad to see an honest leader finally take control of Bianjie, let it be known that if Bianjie ever needs humanitarian aid, wether that be food, water, medicine ect, we will be here to aid you and your people.

I come before the assembly today denounce Likatonian and Davostani aggression to the highest degree. We are utterly disgusted that Liktonia which is a nothing more than a world power wanna be, is doing these exersizes which violates the Telamonese National Security. We condemn these exersizes as nothing more than a starving man trying to flex his muscles or lack there of.... Hopefully the true leaders of Terra will step up and we will gladly join them to take action against this recent dangerous and un-called for aggression... Likatonia is nothing more than the laughing stock of all of Terra and should be treated with zero credibility as a world power. We would rather trust the anarchists in Lodamun to lead a country then a hostile and openly aggressive regime. Shame on you!!!

You misunderstand us, we wanted to get rid of that patrol ship for ages, Telamon has expressed the wanting to kill the Davastonian leader, we needed a naval exercise, and we needed to deter them, this was the perfect opportunity to deter without getting into there national waters, excluding the EEZ, we never actually fired on them, the salute was fired were there was no ships, and the patrol ship was hardly an attack.

We understand you loud and clear. You would be willing to march up to any inferior country and sink a state owned vessel even unarmed to prop up un-democratic regimes such as Davostan. How are we even allowing you to sniff the SC chamber. This will backfire so hard it will be looked at in the future as one of the biggest bungles in Terran history. Despite these claims that Telamon threatened Davostan you had no buiness sinking their ships. This should have stayed between Davostan and Telamon. We frankly do not believe your claims and will support Telamon through this crisis. This members of this assembly is Likatonia's true colors. Settling disputes with gunfire. The next shots fired will be against your own coast Likatonia. We are certain of that!

I am the new representative to the General Assembly, Jepson Hayes was fired for knowledge of the renegade captains plan, and not informing of such treason. Let it be known the Likatonian government had agreed to an exercise with the limit of 200 nautical miles off shore making sure not violate anything, those captains lied straight to the Defense Ministers face, and they will be punished accordingly.

You attempts to take the easy way out of this situation will not deter us. We will not back down. The coincidence that 5 captains would make the same fateful decision against orders is unlikely. We sense that this was an order given by your government. Nothing about 200 nm was ever mentioned before this last series of statements. We feel bad for these captains as they were just following orders. Your government is lying clearly...

That is because Jepson Hayes was trying to cover it up and make it seem that it was a command, he and the over five generals will be tried, and we are currently about to launch and investigation, we will cover any money lost because of the fright to the beachgoers ten fold.
