Mr. General-Secretary, Distinguished Delegates,

Unlike the representation of the rouge state of Likatonia, we do not seek applause from other parties in international relations, we simply maintain full professionalism. We welcome the fact that the Likatonia delegation "could care less", which gives us hope that they are not yet approaching everything with a blatant lack of professionalism such as the government's actions in Clovisport in recent times. However, we advise the Likatonian deletion to change the tone in which it is addressing our delegation, as this may have undesirable effects on the Likatonia government's side, and we believe that for the moment Likatonia has enough internal and external problems. For the time being, the transit and export embargo on Likatonia products in Valruzia remains in force.

Mr. General-Secretary, Distinguished Delegates,

At the same time, the recent speech of the Likatonia delegation confirmed our conviction that the need to establish a commission to investigate the rule of law in Likatonia and suspicion of violations of international law is real and urgent, so we call on the Security Council to establish such a commission and, in case of failure to act on the part of the SC, we call on the National Assembly to convene an interstate commission on an extra-coordination basis.

Mr. General-Secretary, Distinguished Delegates,

We of Telamon wholeheartedly agree with the esteemed representative from Valruzia, as it is clear that Likatonia is in need of some sort of oversight. In addition to their motion, we additionally request an investigation into the party (literally) responsible for the action, the Conservative Republicans. Their party seemed to be involved as they reshuffled their leadership shortly after, implying some kind of guilt. And as it was only their party that took any blame (the rest of the government condemned the move), we officially ask the SC to investigate the following:
the relationship of the Conservative Republican Party (CRP) in the government of Likatonia;
the extent to which the CRP has control over the armed forces, as it was clear there was some sort of motivation for the party to be involved;
the motivation behind the attack, what the CRP gained from helping the usurper government of Kivonia, and why other governmental or party members did not attempt to stop them;
and finally, what can be done to prevent this kind of state-ran terrorism from being perpetrated again.

We hope these goals can be accomplished. Thank you.

To the General Assembly,

After listing our goals, we were reminded of a message our Foreign Affairs Ministry received from the Conservative Republicans. It followed them listing a series of bills of other nations that they had asked to vote for Telamon for SC Seat D, after our Foreign Affairs Ministry made a deal with them to vote for Likatonia should they provide more votes for our nation:
Now I really need you to uphold your end, and I suppose you know what will happen if you don't.

We are taking this very seriously, and chose to show this clear evidence of threatening to the GA instead of reacting to their threat ourselves. We think this is a little... forward given the CRP's actions just a year or so ago.

We hope this can assist in our investigation. Thank you.

Represntive of Likatonia

It is well known in Likatonia that the CRP leadership often changes after two or three elections, so while we understand the concern, there is a simple explanation. I will also offer what answers I can.
Q: The relationship of the Conservative Republican Party (CRP) in the government of Likatonia;
A: The CRP is in the government, so i imagine their relationship is decent.

Q: The extent to which the CRP has control over the armed forces, as it was clear there was some sort of motivation for the party to be involved;
A: While I don't know the full answer the Defense Minster is a member of the CRP

Q: the motivation behind the attack, what the CRP gained from helping the usurper government of Kivonia, and why other governmental or party members did not attempt to stop them;
A: I don't know the full answer as I am not a leader in the CRP, but the attack has been proven to been caused by a mutiny, for that you would have to go to the jailed captains, I don't think the CRP gained anything but I can call a CRP rep. to answer this is you wish

Q: and finally, what can be done to prevent this kind of state-ran terrorism from being perpetrated again.
A: Well for one it has been prove their was not state run terroism, but I would think working alongside countries to find out what happened and what can be done would help.

And as for the last part, that is blown way out of proportion we offered to campaing for Telamon for Seat D if they voted for us for Seat C, that simply ment if they did not uphold their end of the bargin we would campiang agianst them

Interested in not responding to ridiculous accusations, namely from Jakania, and Lourania, and now Valruzia
