While Deltaria is also horrified by the presence of chemical weapons in Bianji we would ask the international community for reluctance. It appears as if these weapons are no longer in the hands of Bianji. Therefor Deltaria would not support any international team violating the territory of a sovereign state in Terra. We must look at this pragmatically while also respecting the rights of our fellow nations. Only if the Bianji government explicitly states that it allows investigators on it soil shall we support such a investigation.

We concur with the representative from Deltaria. The sovereignty of nations must not be revoked unless in dire circumstances, and it seems from the initial findings that the government of Bianje no longer holding these weapons is anything but a dire situation. To quote the Deltarian representative, "only if the Bianji government explicitly states that it allows investigators on it soil shall we support such a investigation."

Saul Levi, Istalian Ambassador to the GA

I would like ask to the colleague from Medina what are the “dire circumstances” he mentioned. Are we talking about only direct menaces for close neighbours? Or what? Thus, after how many “crimes” the international community could dare to think to intervene? (And saying “intervene” I’m not talking about military actions, but also just diplomaric warns).
And what the colleagues consider as “crimes” and “Threat for the peace and stability”?
“Dire situations” is a term quite vague which, actually, doesn’t mean nothing.
Should we wait the bombs will fall on the neighbouring nations? Should we wait the borders are violated? Should we still consider as crimes attempts of genocide? What is the reasonable number of death we should consider to denunce a genocide? How many people should be persecuted, put in jail and killed to consider a situation as “dire circumstance”?
When could the international community dare to say something facing dictatures and rogue regimes? Or should we ignore nations where people are treated as subhumans or has property of the state without possibility to see respected their rights?
Or maybe have we reached such a degradation of humanity that even human rights are something to be questioned?

I’m asking you all this because I still remember that someone already stated that peace and stability should be cultivated between nations indipendently by their regimes. Simply an horrific statements on which we have large issues.

For us all this is a degradation and an insult to the intelligence of the civilized peoples, an insult to the dignity of this organizations which today, is useless and without power, thanks to nations like Yingdala and all those nations interested just to emerge and to carry out their interest. The global and peace stability is just a smoke wall, an excuse to have free hands pursing whatever they want without oversight, as well as kindly and apparently peaceful words which just hides hypocrisy, hate for this Organization and all the egoism such nations are hodding, interested just to be “the first of class”, “the most powerfull”, so just to dominate other peoples and nations. And this is simply sad and discomfortable.

For this reason Istalia will not anymore partecipate to the GA debates and we will act just at the level of Security Council, just to try to stop all this hypocrisy.

our delegation will left the General Assembly once we will have a response about the “dire circumstances”.

Thank you and good bye at all.

We define "dire circumstances, Mr. Levi, as occasions where people's lives are at risk on a large scale. When there are threats to world-shaking events, wars, genocides, purges. We do not think that the World Congress should override nations' sovereignty unless it is something that they can do to help the people that need help. Whether that be finding chemical weapons in a nation, or nuclear weapons, or an attempted genocide, these things must be stopped, although on a case-by-case basis as no two international events are the same. Medina does not support the World Congress or Security Council interfering in business it doesn't belong in.

Saul Levi, Istalian Ambassador to the GA

My Government can only thanks Ambassador Rizvi for his response, because underlined exactly what the World Congress and the Security Council are called to do: prevent crimes against humanity and aggressive policies against third nations and the global peace.

However, countless of allegations came aginst the Security Council and this whole organization, allegations according to which this body wants interfere with internal politics, something that it is actually no at all true but they are blatant falsehoods.
Allegations which led to the imposition of vague guidelines which actually shield any sort of regime from conseguences for their actions and which actually equates totalitarian criminals persecuting people for their ideals with civilized nations where the Law rules.

Thus, do you want to know the reality? Well... the only attempt by part of a member of this organization to push the WC to condemn a nation and its leadership because an attempted changement through fully democratic tools of its government system came from the same nation which since years is leading a campaign for the supremacy of the national sovereignty against the primacy of the international law, an attempt rejected exactly by those great powers which received countless of criticisms. Interesting see how it is easy to preach well and scratch badly.

When this organization and its Security Council attempted to lead an investigation to determine the existence of chemical weapons which clearly could put under risk people's lives on a large scale and threaten neighbouring nations and generate veritable genocide, ridiculous allegations of military invasion came from countless of sides, undermining the capabilities of the WC and actually discouraging SC's nations to proceed with such investigation, opposed by Bianjie itself and its Khan who clearly expressed even menaces against any sort of foreign presence. And SC's nations have been even accused of inactivity. No! It was not inactivity, the SC was undermined and even sabotaged and today, as said, the Council has no power if not release condemnation printed on useless paper sheets which those condemned can use as toilet paper with no real conseguences.

So, without no more supremacy of the international law, without no more recognition to the decision of such an august body, without no more possibility of the international community to effectively respond to the threat underlined by you Ambassador Rizvi, what remains? The law of the strongest.
We can only sadly affirms that this is the current idea of international community: any Sovereign nation, because sovereign, can now do what it pleases without conseguences, even violate the rights and the sovereignty of third nations. We constate all this and for this reason we found now useless to waste time in neverending sterile debates into such an Assembly, beacuse they would be words against a leaf wall.

For this reason since now my Government will work just to defend the few rights and powers remained into the hands of the Security Council, trying at least to fight crimes against humanity but probably just earning other insults and allegations of "imperialistic behavior".

Good bye at all and see you in better times.

Image Mr. Birtan Gozubuyuk, Jakanian Permanent Representative to the World Congress:
The Jakanian delegation concurs with the view of the Istalian delegation that the Security Council's action against Bianjie was totally ineffective. Since the Dorvish delegation first proposed military action against Bianjie, our country stood in vocal opposition to it and we're pleased that Istalia has come round to our perspective. For this reason we are pleased to inform the Istalian delegation that it is likely in the next term that four of the six members who voted in favour of the action will have been removed for the Security Council. I suppose the international community noticed that these countries did not respect the principle of state sovereignty and decided to remove them from their posts.

International representative of the United Communes in the General assembly, Erhart Simson

The Lodamese authorities had decided to curbstomp the independence of the Communes following the threats made by LCP. Despite we do not agree with what LCP made under any circumstances, we do not believe either that the Communes should be held responsible for the sayings of the LCP, which we are not affiliated, as that party activates in Lodamun and we are the Communes, a totally different nation that adopted a Socialist Constitution by democratic means. I call upon the World Congress to send a team to oversee a referendum whether the people wish to keep the Communes independent in Orean and St Martin, and around these major centers. We would be gladly opened to diplomacy and prevent a possible war that looms over the nation as the PNG is considering military intervention.

The Grand Empire of Deltaria fully supports the requests from the representative of the communes. Let us give the people in the communes a choice with the World Congress overseeing the referendum is conducted fairly. We would also go further in saying the Lodamese government should be held back from military intervention at least until such a referendum is held.

Simon Hathshaw, Likatonia WC representative

I agree with the representative of the GED. We should wait for a referendum and see what they people of that region want. We also believe though that the area called Orean and St Martin should be clearly defined by the commune so the international world knows what they control.

Coburan Representative to the World Congress

We have received a horrific report from
Trinika Pantofflett, the chairwoman of the National Esinsindu Forum. She presented compelling evidence of a massacre of up to 3,000 Malivian Esinsundu in various parts of the country. We ask for an urgent Wprld Congress inquiry into this and fear that if left untackled, the situation might escalate. The Malivian Interior Ministry's denial of the massacres is hardly convincing as it failed to deploy security forces to protect the affected minority The Malivian government has repeatedly stirred ethnic tensions in the country
To live outside the law, you must be honest.
