"It should be noted that the Ostlandic government has began an "independent" investigation into the Bianjie situation, we applaud the Ostlandic government for their efforts. The Dorvish government, having contacted the Ostlandic government, intends to supply assistance to the Ostlandic investigation. While we've all collectively failed in our duties to respond to the Bianjie crisis, the rise of Ostland to meet the challenges cannot be ignored. I have notified Dorvish personnel in the World Congress attached to the various offices to assist the Ostlandic investigation into the Bianjie chemical and biological weapons program. I have also contacted the Ostlandic Ministry of Foreign Affairs and notified them that the Security Council requires their report when they have concluded their investigation."

I have been requested by the Kingdom of Dorvik to provide you with the report in regards to the World Congress Mission in Bianjie. We hope that this resolves the matter.

Saul Levi, Istalian Ambassador

Commendable the investigation by Ostland and my government is not at all surprised that SC failed in such a task, but it was an expected conseguence after that a lot of time was simply lost and wasted debating on what the SC can do or not.

The SC was accused without any reasonable basis, through actual falsehood, to want pursuing an invasion, that SC was infringing national sovereignty of Bianje.

We wasted our time with resolutions to undermine the role, power and authority of this body, we have been blocked by the egoistic and personal ambitions of nations interested in actually destroying this organization and now we should be surprised the SC was not able to pursuing its duties? As said, it was an expected epilogue.

And there are nations which even criticized the great powers for this. Nations which talking about “imperialistic goals” of the great powers are just hidding their goal to pursue their hegemonic personal and egoistic goals. Probably Lourenne was not wrong calling such nations as petty. Petty and hypocrit. Little nations governed by little men searching just a place under the sun and which actually doesn’t care at all about global peace.

The SC will continue to be uneffective continuing to accept such hypocrisy. And someone is even surprised if since long time my country limiter their partecipation. Partecipate to do what? To contuing hear little men crying because they are not great powers? All this is simply pathetic, like such nations and their falsehoods.

Image Her Royal Highness, Ratanaporn, Princess of Hanzen, Sister of His Royal Majesty the King, Hanzenese Permanent Representative to the World Congress:
Honoured representatives,

There is nothing more pathetic than hearing the countries which voted for the investigation in Bianjie now cry and bitch that they all collectively failed to follow through on their own pet project. No, it is not the fault of the developing world, in the last session or during this session of the Security Council, that these countries have shirked their duties.

Nonetheless, we applaud the government of Ostland for doing what the Istalians and their allies were incapable of. For someone who decries the "hypocrisy" of certain countries in this chamber, we think the Istalians should bear far more responsibility for their own pitiful, effete and paltry presence here.

If the Istalians were concerned, they should have inquired about the mission they voted to authorize. If the Istalians came to this chamber to do anything other than deride the developing world, perhaps this would indeed be a more productive place. Rather than deflect their failings onto the tiny minority within this chamber, two countries of which had not even been elected to this chamber when our objections to the Resolution were raised, perhaps the Istalians could take a page from Ambassador Gmehling and understand that they too bear the responsibility of their own utter incompetence.

Jennifer Morrison
Hutorian Ambassador to the World Congress

I have come before this august body to inform of it that Hutori has been attacked. As no doubt many in this chamber has noted, the Commonwealth of Hutori declared war on the Third Kivonian Republic following multiple breaches of our EEZ and Territorial waters by Kivonian Navy supplying their invasion force in Telamon. Following the attack and sinking of 2 Hutorian Frigates, we declared war and moved to assist the Telamon Government. While we hoped that a diplomatic solution could be offered, and thought one might be there when the High Queen of Telamon offered a cease fire, under the guide of this cease fire, the Kivonians have invaded Hutori proper.

Hutori will fight back against this transgression, and will continue to update this chamber. Thank you.

Saul Levi, Istalian Ambassador

We thanks Ambassador Morrison to have informed us.

As we learn from the recent three days war in Zardugal such regimes, with which diplomacy means just further pathetic response and waste of precious time, probably they understand nothing but strength.

We ask the Hutorian Ambassador to continously update the Security Council and my Government hopes that the wise intervention by Hutori could bring peace in Makon, like a wise and good father which brings order to two little litigious brats.

Obviously a diplomatic solution would be a better outcome but, as said, my government thinks that the Kivonian regime will fight until the very end, obsessed by its dangerous extremely militarist, nationalistic and warrior culture, exactly like many other regimes defeated just with iron and fire. But we cannot ignore the fact that it seems Telamonese leadership is acting with a similar spirit.

Istalia would like offer help to Hutori and the involved parts to bring humanitarian assistance to the civilians hit by the war.

Saul Levi, Istalian Ambassador

The Istalian Government would like propose the adoption of a resolution regarding the resolutions' vote procedures:

SC R95: Security Council's Resolutions vote procedure

A resolution from the Security Council is considered approved only if the majority of the Security Council's members explicitly vote in favor.

(OOC: Maybe you can suggest a better text)

Thank you

Image Mr. Birtan Gozubuyuk, Jakanian Permanent Representative to the World Congress:
The Jakanian delegation would oppose the proposed Resolution. We do not believe that those members of this body willing to drive progress forward should have to rely on the goodwill of those whose interest lies in making sure it does not achieve anything. The current regulations give a country more than enough time to cast their vote. If they choose not to do so then they should suffer the consequences- not the rest of the world.

Noting our comments in the General Assembly, the Jakanian delegation would like to know how Kazulia is responding to the current actions of their "longest and most trusted ally" in Majatra. I suppose Kalopia will receive the same aggressive hostility that Jakania received from Kazulia and its puppet regime in Eroncourt when we dared to suggest that state sovereignty should exist.

The Kingdom shares similar concerns with the recent actions in Kalopia, I would join the Jakanian representative in stating that these actions are troubling. While I can say that many of our governments have had far-left and far-right governments throughout history, we must understand that this cannot lead to "good things".
