Image Her Royal Highness, Ratanaporn, Princess of Hanzen, Sister of His Royal Majesty the King, Hanzenese Permanent Representative to the World Congress:
Honourable Representatives,

I must say that, on the topic of Resolution 88, a very fascinating tendency has emerged. It seems that all the self-anointed defenders of humanity, namely the largest military powers in the world, share a single interpretation of the Guiding Principles: specifically, that they won't permit these powers to invade countries whose governing structures they do not agree with. The horror!

For all the handwringing about interpretation, it seems that the only nefarious interpretations emerge from these countries. The Yingdalan delegation in the World Congress dispelled these nasty rumours and slanderous accusations, however I'm not surprised that the Istalians have once again come to this chamber to demonstrate their ignorance. Even the Lourennian representative required a basic education in political terms from the Jakanian representative.

Now, as we continue to defend state sovereignty against the incessant infringements of the imperial powers, we learn that Kazulia has mobilized its 5th Fleet to the Majatran Sea. The right-wing government in Skalm has no qualms about scattering war crafts throughout the world, far from their homeland. Such insecurity!

I'll reiterate my earlier point: the only reason that Skalm and their allies are mobilizing against the ratified Guiding Principles is so that they can project their power throughout the world, without the stubborn objections of the lesser humans. Look at Mr. Westermarck's excuse for escalating tension in Majatra: his country is scared, perpetually, that a developing country might develop the materiel necessary to uphold its sovereignty. Horrific! Quick Mr. Westermarck, send the troops!

Honourable Representatives,

It's becoming embarrassing. Drop the veneer and be honest with your intentions.

Whilst we recognise that certain representatives cannot resist the idea of identity politics, once more we reiterate our previous statements: If members could please focus on the topic at hand, that would be most appreciative. We've been given a window of opportunity to get the consultations that members wanted, the most members can do is remain on track with the amendments.

The Jakanian delegation will not discuss any resolution proposed by Kazulia while the Fifth Fleet remains in the Majatran Sea.

Such an interesting sentiment from the Jakanian Representative. You asked for the consultations on Resolution 89, you were given the opportunity to speak on the resolution to offer amendments as you see fit. To this day you have no commented on them. If the delegation doesn't seek to discuss the amendments, that is not an issue. With that in the mind, when this resolution passes (with amendments) the Jakanian delegation should offer no rebuttal or commentary since it refused to participate. This stems from a problem which I raised earlier on how these consultations were to be handle from which I received no response from the Secretariat. However, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

The Jakanian delegation has twice provided direct feedback. Initially when the resolution was first proposed without debate and later when the Kazulian delegation was forced to retreat. On both occasions we received no response from Kazulia.

On a separate note, attached is our proposed Resolution to condemn the Kazulian mobilisation in the Majatran Sea. Please offer feedback in a timely manner and we will consider amendments before moving to a vote.

The Security Council,

Acknowledging that the mobilisation of naval forces represents an attempted projection of military force,

Recognising that peace and stability in the Majatran Sea is the responsibility of Majatran countries and not foreign powers,

Condemns the Kazulian decision to deploy naval forces to the Majatran Sea as a hostile act of military aggression intended to provoke regional tension;

Urges all countries to apply pressure to Kazulia to withdraw the Fifth Fleet from the region with immediate effect.

It is often the practice of the Jakanian Delegation to spin the words of the members gathered here. I spoke in the context of the amendments being made, i had not eluded to anything beyond the draft and the subsequent amendments. As members know this is a formal process and since we brought back in the draft for comments, for FORMAL introduction of amendments by members we have received no response from the Jakanian Representative. The representatives from Hanzen operating in a similar manner (most respectfully) albeit they made their re-introduction of amendments. It had acknowledged that the consultation phase had begun and offered their comments/amendments to the draft resolution. Thus it is intellectual hogwash coming from the Jakanian representative. But in the spirit of continuity and global peace, we will let by gones be by gones and hope to see Jakania offer its comments and amendments.

In response to the comments from the Kazulian delegation, we will remind Skalm that we are more than happy to arrange a diplomatic meeting when the Fifth Fleet leaves the Majatran Sea.

Now faced with their own hypocrisy the Jakanian Representative enters with its tail between its legs. We have already consulted the Istalian delegation and will be travelling to Romula to discuss the situation. Having made their non-cooperative intentions clear by expelling diplomatic staff and pushing to impose border restrictions against Kalopia in an attempt to intimidate. Jakania reserves the option to withdraw their diplomatic staff from Kazulia as they please. We do not intend on expelling diplomatic staff. We will not be aggressive in the face of honesty. We will have our diplomatic meeting in Romula, separate from the aggression being displayed by Jakania. When the Jakanian representatives and their respective government is calm and not seeking to intimidate Kalopia by imposing border/trade restrictions, expelling diplomatic staff, conducting provocative exercise in response to a peaceful and routine training exercise between two sovereign states, maybe we can meet them on the diplomatic tables. However, the aggression displaced and the dirty politics being used by Jakania works contrary to their favours. We are excited about the diplomatic meeting in Romula and are excited about potential its outcome.

Their actions leave no room for discussions to be sought. So they champion diplomacy over aggression on one hand, but meets a peaceful agreement between two separate states (as it pertains to an exercise that occurred in sovereign waters) with immediate aggression. And yet one questions why the Kingdom of Kazulia would prefer talks in Romula with the Istalian Republic over patronizing gestures from the Jakanian Representative?
