If this court is going to become nothing more then a proxy for companies such as 3M to use their national government clients to fight their battles for them then it doesn't have our support and we will veto the Resolution should it come for a vote.

At best this Court needs to be used to settle trade disputes between nations; not for the interests of a private company.

Frankly this is a totally preposterous notion that we feel is an attempt to move our attention away from the more serious concerns of this institution. To return to the matter of nuclear disarmament, we propose as the four initial "recognised nuclear powers": Dorvik, Hutori, Vanuku and Yingdala.

Ms. General-Secretary, for Ambassador Morrison, again. I explain you how 3M working. We have shareholders, who owning everything commonly, and profiting from everything commonly. Because Endralon owning the 36% of the shares, the 36% of the equipment of the Medinian 3M modernized healthcare belongs to the Government of the Directorial Republic of Endralon; because Likatonia owning the 14.9% of the shares, the 14.9% of the equipment of the Medinian 3M modernized healthcare belongs to the Government of the Federal Republic of Likatonia; because Rapa Pile owning the 1% of the shares, the 1% of the equipment in the Medinian 3M modernized healthcare belongs to the 14th State of the Vascanian Empire. And etc with the other shareholders.

This is not just about collective 3M corporate private property, but about the private properties of the Directorial Republic of Endralon, Federal Republic of Likatonia, Vascanian Empire and etc. If this is good for you, Ambassador Morrsion, if the Trade Court make a verdict to Medina have to give back the equipment or montery compensation, then the 3M as corporation won't use that anymore and will give them to the shareholders based on percents of shares. Telamon supports the idea of a trade court, but simply between nations, without companies—corporations have no say in the World Congress and the WC is not designed to represent nor favour private companies. If a corporation has a problem, they can deal with it themselves. Especially if they call themselves "mega", I'm sure they can handle it.

The Kingdom has serious doubts about the validity of the Endralonian and Likatonian support behind this Resolution and quite honestly, I think that it stands to reason that even the amended "resolution" is far too vague and only stands to benefit specific nations. It is apparent that if we placed any sort of multi-national judicial personnel on the bench that the revelation that it might be guided by a sort of "troika" of judges either in the pocket of 3M or nations who are actively seeking their economic prosperity and gain over fair and impartial justice. That is just something we cannot support.

As for the issue related to nuclear powers, we have no objection. Dorvik has never hid from the fact that it is a "nuclear power" nor would we.
