Mrs. Boros Regina
Corporate Representative of the More Medicament Manufacture to the Security Council of the World Congress

Ms. General-Secretary, we are very glad to see that the Medinian First Secretary arrived.

Please, speak more detail about that "non-baseless" accusations. Fortunately, we never got complaint from one of our clients, including Rapa Pile, Vascania or New Alduria, what also Third World nations. It is a little suspicious that - based on your accusations - we only was hurting culture, religion or identity in the Zahiri Republic of Medina. Further, speak about the numbers, what you cannot deny, because the numbers don't have soul, don't have opinion. In that almost one year, between June, 4773 and May, 4774, we built new pharmacies, health bases and private clinics from billions of ENDs, in that hope that we would use them for pro-profit causes in the future. But between June, 4773 and May, 4774 we was in minus in Medina, we hoped that the work will pays off in the future and it would pays off if you wouldn't remove us and exploit our work. This is the terrible truth: we was in minus in Medina between June, 4773 and May, 4774.

I think I have spoken about our opinion from anarcho-capitalism for the Jakanian delegation. We want our billions of ENDs back from you, for that many pharmacies, factories, health bases and private clinics what we was built to you. (As a compromise it is still can be replaced by 3M can back to work to Medina.)

The Indralan proposal is a very good one, we totally agree, we have nothing to fear. Furthermore, we also agree with the High Diplomatic Representative of Lodamun.

Thank you, Ms. General-Secretary.

The approval of 3M of our statement does not warm our heart. We can see through their eyes their hiding all the theft they did to the workers through the wage system, a literal slave system. The corporation tries to play the "socially responsible" company. While we agree they can do good, or have good products, or even aid nations, their still gonna steal workers' deserved real wage value. In order to profit, someone must suffer, and thus the theft of surplus value happens. If 3M is opened to redeem itself and fix herself on a socialist model of doing business we may trust their support for us, till then, the socialist cause remains pristine and a noble goal only achieved by the workers, not the bourgeoisie.

We appreciate the move from Indrala to protect the rights of the vulnerable citizens of Terran, but is sad how they omit the LGBT community completely, alongside the proletarians who are exploited by the upper classes. We can all day mimic that there is no LGBT, or gender minorities, but at the end their as valuable as anyone of us, calling thus the Indralan delegates to this pristine body to add to their Human Rights declaration the fact that gay community exists and deserves legal protections. Second, the proletariat represents another vulnerable part of our society, and as much as we would like to think there is no exploitation under capitalism and liberalism thought to be perfect ideology, the reality is often disappointing, a reality where the have use their property to enslave a majority of population, vulnerable, without own capital through the wage system and propagate unfair, unjust hierarchies which in return offer us a divided society where some people live at the expense of others.

We, the Lodamese delegation will wish to reiterate this in front of the Indralan delegates. If they so much care for the needy, they should check the LGBT community and the workers.

Yet again the Indralan delegation is omitting the LGBT community like their not deserving the right to live and be loved, continuing the subtle discrimination and maintaining of institutionalized homophobia/biphobia/transphobia against this community. How beautiful! On the other hand, they defend the right to property, whatever that means, it could be interpreted as the right to private property, known to be the source of socio-economic inequality and tool of exploitation used by capitalists. The private property enables the existence of capitalism, a system based on greediness and exploitation of the workers, who yet again, do not have own capital or means of production so they cant live off of their own land, but have to sell their work via the wage system to the capitalist, who reaps off most of the benefits that are off of the worker and not the capitalist. But this is the sad truth, this chamber is owned by rich bourgeoisie whose interests are more important than protecting the needy, the common proletariat deprived of the means of productions, forced in an unfair system to sell their labor for pity wages and hope for the best, while the capitalists use their wealth and capital to push for favorable laws. Indrala is doing nothing to defend the common people, nor the sexual minorities.

Image Dr. Masunaga Takashi, Sekowan Permanent Representative to the World Congress:
On the new provisions added by the Yingdalan delegation, we request further clarification of the meaning of "property" in this context. The Constitution of Seko does not endorse the western understanding of private property; namely a system which allocates land to individuals to use and manage as they please, to the exclusion of others or the dictates of society. Without greater context, the Government of Seko is not prepared to support the provision.

Second, we endorse the protestations of our colleagues to protect sexual and gender minorities within the provisions of the resolution. As a professor of Daenic ethics before being appointed to represent the Government of Seko in this chamber, I recognize the diversity of beliefs regarding sexual ethics maintained by various societies around the world. Nevertheless, we cannot ignore the plight of our fellow LGBTQ+ citizens who suffer direct and sometimes violent consequences under hardline regimes around the world, on the basis of their gender identity or sexual orientation. The Government of Seko fears that the exclusion of these individuals from specific protection under the resolution shall foster an environment of greater social exclusion, and in so doing, violate the very spirit of this valuable endeavour.

As President Seichō has reminded my generation, the Bidar taught that everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender, can attain perfect enlightenment. We cannot discriminate against our fellow human beings, in approbation of the fact that within each person lies a Bidar-nature.

The Tropican delegation wishes to support firmly the concerns of our Sekowan counterparts. If this Resolution is to genuinely address the issues of human rights then it must include provisions that protect the sexuality and gender identity of all. If amendments are not made by the Yingdalan delegation then we would encourage another Security Council member to propose an alternative Resolution that include the appropriate protections.

First of all, we would like to express our continued thanks to the members of the General Assembly for their constructive comments. We believe that the edits to the draft reflect the comments suggested by the members.

Secondly, we would like to clarify that when "all peoples" is used, it means all peoples, regardless of who they are and/or what they identify as. If they are a human being, then the rights apply.

Again, we welcome further debate on the draft.

Vrikodara Mahalanabis, Foreign Minister of Malivia:

Fellow delegates,

I am distraught with distress at the need to bring you the devastating news that King Carlu, rightful sovereign of Keymon, has been kidnapped from Malivia and executed at the behest of the dictatrix styling herself "Queen" Eva, who holds the people of Keymon in subjugation and oppression.

This is not only a heinous murder, but also a gross breach of international law which I urge the General Assembly and the Security Council to consider most seriously. It would be no underestimation to say that the credibility of the World Congress is on the line. If this atrocity is not punished, lawless tyrants everywhere will draw the conclusion that this body is a toothless talking shop.

We would like to address ourselves better:
Since your delegation proposed a bill protecting all people in Terran, their dignity and so, then why you talked of vulnerable people and did not included LGBT people? I am wondering? If you do a proper enumeration of minorities needing protection and care, add LGBT-Q citizens as well, either that or just simply state everyone is worthy of respect. When you start to enumerate the minorities needing care do not forget there are LGBT people in this world. We will give our draft proposal on the isse:

Security Council Resolution ##: Human Rights Declaration ||| Drafted by Lodamese delegation |||

Recognizing the diverse nature of human societies in Terra,

Welcoming the preservation of the diversity in our societies,

Reaffirming our commitment to the Guiding Principles of the World Congress,

Recalling the Guiding Principles of the World Congress' affirmation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of nations,

Also Recalling the Guiding Principles of the World Congress' affirmation of non-interference in the internal affairs of states,

Recognizing that human rights should be promoted through cooperation and consensus, and not through confrontation and and the imposition of incompatible values, traditions, and cultures with the material situation of said nation,

Emphasizing the linkage and indivisibility of economic, social, cultural, civil and political rights,

Noting that all nations have the inherent right to development in a way that integrates and balances human rights with their material situation,

Further Emphasizing that work toward the creation of uniform human rights norms must take into account the material conditions,

Convinced that development can lead to greater enjoyment and protection of human rights, as well as democracy,

Stressing the importance of education and training in human rights with respect to the diverse modern society at the international, national, and regional levels and the need for international cooperation to address these issues,

Mandates the following:

1. The World Congress recommits itself to Security Council Resolution 88: Guiding Principles of the World Congress and previous human rights resolutions;

2. Nations have the sovereign right to develop in any way they choose, which will allow them to enjoy and protect human rights, so long as they do not violate the sovereignty of other nations;

3. All nations must endeavor to respect one another and seek to address one another in a positive and non-confrontational manner;

4. National sovereignty and territorial integrity must be upheld, as well as non-interference in the internal affairs of states;

5. All countries have the right to determine their political systems, freely control and use their resources, and freely pursue their cultural, social, and economic development as much as it benefits the people;

6. The World Congress recognizes that human rights cannot be applied in a way that is politicized or contains double-standards, and that no violation is justified for any nation;

7. Human rights must be informed by the various, diverse societies, and the material conditions of states, and identified on the basis of international cooperation which can often be a dynamic and evolving process;

8. Human rights include economic, social, cultural, civil, and political rights with equal emphasis to all categories;

9. It is important for human rights to be guaranteed for vulnerable groups, including but not limited to ethnic, national, racial, religious, and social minorities; migrant workers, persons with disabilities, indigenous peoples, refugees, persons who are displaced, persons below the poverty line, LGBT citizens and women;

10. All peoples have the right to a government that is democratic, humane, and transparent;

16. All peoples have the right to welfare and healthcare;

17. All peoples have the right to an education;

18. All peoples have the right to be treated with dignity and respect (what one does not want done unto themselves should not do unto others);

19. All peoples have the right to a livable wage;

20. All peoples have the right to workplace democracy, a tenet of modern fair democracy.
