Her Excellency, Márton Panna
Endralonian Representative to the World Congress

Ms. General-Secretary, I want to ask my Likatonian allies, did they do genocide on Keymonite minority in Pirland? If they answering that they did not, then we will still support them, because we are trusting in our allies. Thank you, Ms. General-Secretary.

Kgosi Adebayo, World Council Representative of the Socialist State of Liore

I'd first like to thank the Dolgavan representative for standing up to that vile 3M witch. Once again, we have seen a predator multinational attempt to influence global politics on behalf of the interests of its puppet governments. I am glad to finally be rid of her, and that company.

On the topic of Pirland, after examining the arguments of both sides, my government has decided to side with Likatonia and request that the government of Keymon retract its claims on the island. There is no purpose for one nation to go around and claim the lands inhabited by another people. In Liore, this is what we call imperialism, though we hold no delusions of believing an, and I mean no disrespect to the Keymonite people, but an impotent and war ravaged nation to to be able to conquer the lands of another. Even the grounds which Keymon bases their claims off of are shameful at best. There is very little evidence to support Pirland's settlement by ancient Keymonites or that a genocide had been committed against them. Even if these claims of genocide are true, we don't believe that an island that hasn't been inhabited by Keymonites in over two millennia is just compensation, especially if that island has been inhabited by another people for those two millennia.

The Keymonite representative's claim that the Likatonian government has been mistreating refugees is an alarming one, and we'd like to request evidence to back up this statement before we make any rash decisions. If there is in fact ample evidence to suggest the mistreatment of refugees, we would move to open a dialogue to resolve the situation diplomatically and without further pain.

Mikelle Myers, Likatonian SC Representative

I find Keymon's arguement laughable for 2 main reasons. The first is that at that the current system in Likatonia was not around at that time. This was before Likatonia was even a colony of a foreig power and before major colonial empires were a thing. Since then many territories have gained there independece, including us, and have been using our sovereignty well. All I am trying to get at is that this Likatonian system didnot conquer you so don't register your complaints from millennia ago with our government.

Secondly, these people aren't even the majority of Pirlanders anymore. Most Pirlanders are of Likatonian descent and have very little to no Keymonite blood in them. There is no Keymonite reunification move in Pirland so if this did happen it will be going against the will of the people.

All I am trying to say is that Keymon is being ludicrous bring up a 2500 year old history lesson when so much has changed. Also to our Endralonian Representative, the government of the day probably did but it is a 2500 year old story so there may be inaccuracies and overexaggeration to show the Keymonite struggle. You can't blame current parties and governments for these problems though because we have had nothing to do with this.

I would also like to inform the council that these claims have never reached any party in my country and are by all respects false to my knowledge.

Representative Bashir ibn Ortoq, Jumhuriat al-Badara

We have already expressed our support for Likatonia in this matter, but we are indebted to Representative Jisepu of the Mad Dog Empire and give our thanks to him for reducing our ignorance with his account of some ancient history of which we were abysmally and totally unaware prior to being enlightened.

One matter raised our curiosity. Why does Representative Jisepu think the current refuges from the Mad Dog Empire became refuges who had to leave that Empire for a safer place. Was it individual and varied reasons for finding life in the Mad Dog Empire intolerable or one single type of oppression?

His Imperial and Royal Highness Prince Yu Xiao, Yingdalan Ambassador to the World Congress
Let us be clear, we do not recognize Keymon’s claims to Likatonian territory and find a historical basis for the claim to be severely lacking. The same could be said regarding this “Mad Dog Empire.” It has never existed, nor is there in reality an empire ruled by Keymon. However, perhaps there are some in the upper levels of that country’s government that are truly “Mad Dogs”.

Regardless, we must look at Keymon’s statements and actions. They say that they will only pursue their claim through diplomatic means. While we recognize Likatonia’s territorial integrity, should that country, of its own free will not coerced by anyone else, choose to grant land to Keymon, then would that not be a legitimate diplomatic exchange? However, should Keymon pursue their claims - including to this fictitious empire of mad dogs - through non-diplomatic means, then they would be in violation of the Guiding Principles and would be subject to sanction. Although we personally believe the Queen of Keymon, in her infinite wisdom and grace, will keep the Keymonite mad dogs at bay and use her diplomatic charms to achieve what is best for her people.

Milon Ortueta
World Congress Delegate for Kundrati

Fellow delegates, I come to you here as a cry for help. As many of you know, Kundrati is currently undergoing a civil war. This war began when an extremist group declared itself independent. This war has already cost thousands of lives. Because of this, we ask the World Congress to send aid to our nation, whether military or not. We know that this assembly has many other, more important matters to discuss, but we hope you can see that our nation is in need. Our people are dying by the minute and we want to avoid this at all costs. Please tell the Integralist Republic of Kundrati to stand down and to join back into our Union. We hope that they will listen to you, for they have not listened to us. We beg you to intervene before more of our compatriots are killed.

I'm afraid I must disagree with the Representative of Kundrati, the World Council absolutely does not have any more important matters to discuss, and the situation is Kundrati is of the upmost importance to the international community. The petty squabbles currently taking place between Keymon and Likatonia are just that, petty squabbles that shouldn't be given precedence over the break out of civil war in Kundrati. I can tell you, Representative Ortueta, that the Liori government has been keeping a keen eye on the events in your nation, and I can assure you that we are one hundred percent behind your elected government in their struggle against the self-proclaimed Integralist Republic of Kundrati. My people have long been the victims of civil strife and oppression, so we are familiar with and empathetic to your cause, and we will offer what little materials we are able to provide welfare to your refugees. We would also urge more economically powerful nations to do their part in this struggle and ensure that Kundrati refugees are safe and have what they need to live, and we urge the World Congress to actually do its job and protect the welfare of the people of Terra rather than finding fear in the mad ravings of some self righteous Queen.

I am compelled to also voice my government's concern with 3M's participation in this conflict, and insist that they leave these matters to those who know what their doing, and instead go and count their stacks of blood money.

Fellow delegates, I hate to have to insist like this, but my people are in great need. We are losing ground to the IRK. So much in fact, that we have been forced to move the capital to Jildrath City. We fear that our the IRK might be able to defeat us. If they are, we would be forced to grant them independence and lose the provinces of Penghonai and Lirnak. This would be a heavy blow to our economy, which already is in a bad place. We now beg for the World Congress to not recognise the IRK, for they are an illegitimate country. This war has been raging for only a year, but it has already claimed the lives of over 1 million people. We urgently need help. Please.

Zigmārs Salmiņš Dolgavian Representative to the World Congress

Today is a dark day for Terra. The evil dictator named Capélot has taken power in Lourenne. He has killed all of their legislative branch and the poor King and Queen of Lourenne. We have taken it upon ourselves to put harsh sanctions upon Lourenne. They have killed too many innocent people. We want to see the world congress take actions against this threat to international security. We will hereby be putting a 12 million DOL bounty on the head of Mr. Capélot as the only thing he deserves is death... The rightful King of Lourenne is in Dolgavia and being raised by Queen Konstanja who has take care of the Lourennian children after the tragic murder of their parents. We hope that Capélot goes to be with Satain....
