Under Sekowan naming conventions, the family name comes first. Thus, Permanent Representative Nishi Hana's family name is "Nishi."
Image Ms. Nishi Hana, Sekowan Permanent Representative to the World Congress:
It is with extreme displeasure and disgust that I raise as the first issue to be addressed by the 48th General Assembly the same issue on which we had concluded the 47th General Assembly: namely, the impotent, incompetent performance of the apartheid regime in Pontesi. We wholly retract our tentative satisfaction with the regime's words, recognizing them for what they were — just words.

Despite a nominal ban on the practice of slavery, the regime continues to enforce racial segregation in civic life. The regime has made no effort whatsoever to ratify any covenants with respect to outlawing the practice of slavery, not even the Global Emancipation Treaty, one of Terra's oldest and most foundational components of international law. This was an incredibly low bar for the fascist government in Dawnstar to meet, and yet they've failed entirely. Now we know why the criminal leadership of Pontesi have been hiding from the international community, refusing to speak directly on the issue: either they are completely negligent or nauseatingly complicit — or both. Regardless, the Government of Seko is calling on the international community to intensify the pressure.

First, we call upon Mr. Juhász Nándor, Chairman of the Majatran Economic Association to explain before the entire international community the specific reasons why apartheid slaver states are permitted to remain members of that organization in full standing. If Chairman Nándor is unable to deliver a serious answer, we must ask very legitimate questions about whether the constituent members of that organization are ethical trading partners. Accordingly, it is the responsibility of the State Parties to the MEA to exert pressure within that organization to suspend or otherwise expel apartheid Pontesi.

Second, we call upon all members of the international community to ratify immediately the Global Emancipation Treaty and other pertinent global agreements to ensure the strong institutionalization of safeguards against the barbaric practice of slavery around the world.

Third, we call upon all nations to take economic and diplomatic action against the regime in Pontesi to ensure its total isolation. To this end, we wish to share information regarding an initiative begun by our comrades in Selucia, the "International Response to Pontesian Brutality" agreement. Seko, as a constitutionally pacifistic state, does not endorse and shall not ratify this agreement on the basis of Article II; nonetheless, the international community should be made aware of its existence. As an alternative, we wish to promote our government's response, as established by Her Excellency President Baba five years ago, and encourage nations to use the Executive Directive as a framework for action.

Finally, we must also shed light on the fact that, over the course of our investigations, we discovered that the following states continue to enforce racial segregation: Beiteynu, Narikaton and Darnussia, Solentia, Kalopia, and Barmenistan; notably, Barmenistan is another member of the MEA. We call on these nations to immediately reverse these repugnant policies, and ratify the International Treaty on the Abolishment of Segregation without the sort of hesitation, equivocation and irresolution we've seen from the shameful brutes Yeranos Andonian and Eshkhan Girogosian of Pontesi.

Let's get serious about such gross injustice so that we can move onto more constructive topics. Thank you honoured dignitaries.

Mr Jonas Dinter, Vice-President of the NCC/NKK
To the World Congress I Jonas Dinter wish to speak on behalf of Alfred von Fritz who is making a bid for the kingship of Narikaton and Darnussia.
We accept that our nation doesn't have the cleanest of records when it comes to race or discrimination but we seek to change that. We have just signed the International Response to Pontesian Brutality and intend to sign the Global Emancipation Treaty as we believe that human rights apply to all. Currently we are too busy dealing with domestic issues to be able to aid this effort in any meaningful way but I ask you to be patient with us and we promise that we will deliver on the promise that racial segregation shall end in Narikaton and Darnussia.

I would also like ask for the World Congress to acknowledge and recognize Alfred von Fritz as the true Kong of Narikaton and Darnussia as this would great help us establish a stable regime.

Thank you to all for your time

Minister of Forgien Affairs of Badara: Asim Seif

Badara will imeadilty ratify all the treaties outlined in this request, what is happening in Pontesia and other countries like it is truly disgusting.
Interested in not responding to ridiculous accusations, namely from Jakania, and Lourania, and now Valruzia
