Antipho Luzi
World Congress Delegate for Kundrati

Fellow delegates, as I am sure you all know by now, today in the morning Deltaria attacked our nation. Deltaria attacked our nation. Deltaria breached our sovereignty. We understand that they might disagree with us on some topics, and we even understand the sanctions that they imposed. But this is crossing a line. Deltaria has violated countless international laws. They attacked our homeland. Hundreds lie dead on the streets, and countless more are wounded. We tried to reason with them through this body. We were having a civil conversation regarding the topic at hand. What does Deltaria do the moment that the conversation does not go according to their plan? Attack.

We DEMAND the Security Council condemn the actions of the Deltarian Federation. They are breaking the founding principles of this World Congress and should receive consequences. Or will this body again let the Kundrati people suffer? It is time that this body does something to protect sovereign nations.

Thanks you fellow delegates, and I beg you, come to aid Kundrati.

We back the new government; Badara

Today, the representative of Badara to the Security Council, Harris bin Shoaib said that "We completely back the new government in Kundrati and congratulate them on their success to overthrow the previous government which had banned religion. We also believe that the interim government is in a difficult position and vow to provide a moderate sum to help controlling the situation. We however will not be sending any soldiers." He also added "Today justice has been restored and we believe that the new Kundrati government will have close relations with us. We also support the Deltarian Federation for this intervention and hope they are to respond to us in kind over the Badara Channel Treaty.

Boris N. Miliukhov, representative of Trigunia

Kind of think where we are is not where we want to be. Our suggestion, unwelcome as any suggestion from Trigunia may be, is that we all listen to Istalia pointing us to the proper direction from where we are. We have confidence it knows the best way forward from here.

We are not opposed to the beginning of freedom of religion in Kundrati. However, Sameinaður vinstriflokkur does not believe that President Petr was justified in a military intervention in Kundrati internal affairs. We do not think either sides actions were justified.

Danival Ölnisson,
Telamon representative on the World Congress

We support what the Honorable Mr. Styrmisson said, Telamon is not opposed to freedom of religion in Kundrati, however President Petr's actions should not be justified, nor defended. Telamon condemns the actions taken, we are optimistic that they will be resolved.

We call on all members of the World Congress to take action for dialogue between the two parties. For our part, we ask to send support to the parties affected by the unjustified military intervention into Kundrati.

We appreciate the support of Foreign Minister al-Makhtoum, Telamon proposes before this Honorable General Assembly the realization of a dialogue between Deltaria and Kundrati, we will need all the necessary support from the representatives of the World Congress to realize it, the support of Minister al-Makhtoum is the first step we need. With your support, we will succeed in solving this problem.

Antipho Luzi
World Congress Delegate for Kundrati

We would like to thank the Delegations of Telamon, Badara and Trigunia for their support. If Deltaria agrees to it, Kundrati would be willing to sit down and dialogue with them.

General Assembly Dialogue on Kundrati Questions

Postby Drax » Thu Nov 12, 2020 4:31 am

Foreign Minister Mustapha al-Makhtoum, Jumhuriat al-Badara

At the request of several nations, we are initiating an opportunity for dialogue concerning the situation in and around Kundrati including but not limited to assistance to the new transitional government in Kundrati, the attack on Kundrati, and the reasoning that led to the attack.

Jumhuriat al- Badara is an Ahmadi Majatran nation with religious freedom which has seen a good deal of racial and religious discrimination directed toward persons similar to our own population.

We have followed the lead of Telemon in supplying some aid to the new transitional government in Kundrati.

Issues about this are also being raised in the Security Council.

Can action in the World Congress lead to some clarity or are we much better off conducting our affairs without further reference to this body?

In any event the dialogue that would be useful is a dialogue between Deltaria and Kundrati and we are among those who hope it can occur.
