The Provisional Authority of Talmoria requests that the World Congress send representatives to oversee the Talmorian Democratic transition and ensure that the running of elections and the drafting of the constitution is in line with World Congress accepted practices. It is my duty, out of my nation's will to be transparent with this body and the international community, to inform our comrades within the General Assembly that Liore plans on performing a peacekeeping mission in Ntoto out of interest for providing harbor and safety Ntotoans caught in the conflict within their country. As we have all doubtless noticed, the situation in Ntoto is approaching civil violence, and already foreign interventionists have deployed in the region to further destabilize Ntoto and engage in conflict. It is out of fear for our Dovanian comrades that my government has approved the deployment of peacekeepers to the city of Mokourem who will continue their humanitarian mission until the Ntotoan people restore in their nation peace and stability. Liore considers itself a non-partisan non-combatant in this conflict, and I swear on behalf of my country that we have no plan for initiating conflict in the region, and we invite the World Congress and our comrade nations to oversee our mission to confirm the value of our word.

Members of the World Congress, we in Yingdala condemns the actions of the government of Liore for interfering in the affairs of the people of Ntoto. We understand their sympathy, however, we believe their sympathy is to gain regional power in Dovani. Furthermore, we condemn any foreign involvement in another country's affairs and their sovereignty. Many years ago, Yingdala proposed and passed SC R88: Guiding Principles of the World Congress. These principles have guided the workings of the World Congress and its members. The guiding principles is a clear statement that every member nation must respect the sovereignty of every nation and not interfere in such affairs.

Prime Minister Fu Young Su of Yingdala has sent an official letter of warning to the government of Liore. If Liore refuses to follow the guiding principles, Yingdala will take actions to enforce such principles in Dovani. We believe that Dovani should be free and we condemn the imperialist actions of Liore. While Representative Msia Ironsi used such fancy words, we see right through the motives of Liore. We ask the World Congress to pressure Liore in following the guiding principles of the World Congress so that further actions from Yingdala aren't taken.

Lodamese delegates believe is best if this body would reach to a common ground on how to deal with Ntoto crisis. Instead of allowing nations to intervene on the behalf of the situation like this, we would be better off in the long run. Baltusian actions are to be criticized, although related to Liore, the best course of action would not be to send even more troops to the region, this would just make a domino effect as nations would search a poorly made excuse and opportunity to send own army there in the name of protecting Ntoto..

Liore does not take seriously accusations of imperialism from a nation that uses gunboat diplomacy to enforce its will on weaker nations, a nation that establishes colonial military garrisons in Dovani, and a nation that is the most infamous practitioner of neocolonialist policy in Dovani that seeks to predatorily establish economic ties of reliance between themselves and underdeveloped nations of the east while simultaneously adopting Pan-Dovanian rhetoric of a free and strong Dovani. Frankly, we are disgusted and insulted by Yingdala's attempt to compare Liori foreign policy with the doctrine adopted by themselves, the gravest public insult to our nation since the first Endralonian representative to the previous World Congress labeled us as "uneducated" and "uncultured," and just like those insults, those hurled at us by Yingdala are rife with hypocrisy and an imperialist mindset. We are fully aware that to Yingdala any use of military must be one with ulterior motives and imperialistic intent, after all that is the doctrine which the Yingdalan military bases its conduct off of, and that the ideals of assistance and cooperation are ones not held by the current Yingdalan government, but Liori foreign policy is fundamentally rooted in the high ideals of mutual cooperation and good neighboring, and it is those ideals which guide us to keep the peace in Ntoto and to do what we can to prevent as much bloodshed as possible.

Liore will again not give in to the imperialistic and militaristic posturing of Yingdala, who seem to either find humanitarian missions in nations they deem their property offensive or simply wish to watch mass bloodshed befall their neighbors (on a side not, may I point out that Yingdala had not nearly the reaction to the undeniably malicious operations of the Baltusian militants in Ntoto as is does now to Liore's humanitarian mission). As Liore finds Yingdalan word to be worth only as much as their empty promises of economic assistance to Dovanian nations, we will listen only to the opinions of other, more reputable nations on this matter.

Members of the World Congress, let the record show that Liore has refused to comply with the warning from Yingdala. We will not stand by and watch a nation interfere in the affairs of another. Ntoto is having an internal conflict. That internal conflict should not be interfered with by any single nation that declares to send "peacekeepers" to keep the peace. We believe that the World Congress should send a peacekeeping force of all participating nations to keep the peace.

Therefore, Prime Minister Fu Young Su of Yingdala is preparing a list of sweeping executive actions against Liore, both economic and military. Furthermore, we ask the World Congress to discuss the possibility of sending a peacekeeping force to Ntoto in hopes of protecting the citizenry from an overbearing government.

The Dolgavan Prime Minister has been in constant contact with the Embassy in Kundrati and the most recent events have been troubling to say the least. The attack on the Stock Exchange has hurt not only Kundrati but NACTO and all of its trade partners, now I will say that, this kind of attack is unprecedented and should be condemned.

I think that this attack symbolizes something, something that Dolgava has known for quite some time. NACTO has failed. . . Yes friends NACTO the organization devoted to protecting its members have only caused more trouble for its member countries. Now the people of Kundrati have had enough. The AEFNS has made a video that was shared to a host of newspapers and sites across Terra, it has been translated in many languages and from that video Dolgava can absolutly assure that this group are indeed FREEDOM FIGHTERS and not Terrorists. Their demands are simple, they do not want to hurt Kundrati they want Kundrati out of NACTO, lead by a regime of CEO's masquerading as a competent democracy. May I quote from them directly " First, the Sovereign Republic of Kundrati must expell all NACTO Military, Law Enforcement and Intelligence forces that are infecting our great nation. These are parasites that are oppressing us in the name of maintaining our national sovereignty, and yet we allow these vipers to move about our nation, harassing our citizens without question". Now this will be spun by Endralon and they will try and protect their business assets here but that is all they care about folks, Business, they give a rat's ass about the people of Kundrati, those that have a massive encroaching economy that grabs a hold of lesser economies and strangles them... Kundrati feels like a Endralonian puppet and I do not blame them. Endralonian generals coming in and out in and out, Endralonian businesses running wild caring not if they wreck the domestic economy, this is like the evil's of 3M manifesting itself once again.

Several years ago your all laughed and condemned us for calling this same group Freedom Fighters but you can hear this video for yourself, they do not want to terrorize only send a message to Dr. Ed, that his patient has had enough of his botched surgeries. An Endralonian mass maniac has spent months and years bombing suburbs, murdering in cold blood the lives of those that oppose Endralon and its goals. Dolgava announced that Grand Admiral Tron and his cronies have been placed on the Dolgavan Do not Fly List and they have been labeled State Sponsors of Terrorism.His acts of cruelty have been noted and we only see him as a threat to international sovereignty and to world peace. He has several warrants for his arrest in Dolgava and so help me if we catch him in our lands we will deal with him appropriately. He has only killed people in other nations and hurt people that are trying to free themselves from Endralon. According to most definitions I can conclude that these men are freedom fighters, nothing more nothing less...

To Endralon I and anyone else that doubted Dolgava, We would accept an apology but that is not needed. We warned the World Congress of Endralon and its disregard for sovereignty, we warned you but you called us fools. Endralon will try and spin what I say here but I care little for their opinion. They have done as much evil as the AEFNS. I demand that you send Tron and your military home and that you quit this slaughter, these acts can be classified as war crimes and Dolgava will not be affraid of calling you out on it... Endralon's economy is in free fall and Endralon is showing that it cannot handle things in its allies countries, it has failed its allies, it has failed the region, for the second time... The first being 3M and now the failure of NACTO.

Dolgava requests the Security Council to look into this matter and for the International Court of Justice to issue warrants for Mr. Trón's arrest on the crimes of international war crimes and the murder of innocent civilians. The destruction of an entire suburb should be ground enough for this... We demand that the SC takes action against Endralon so that Kundrati does not suffer even more... The citizens have spoken it is time for the international community to hear and respond to help sovereignty and to stop this madness from escalating even further...
