Dear Members of this Assembly,

Dolgava agrees with all the things said here, we have created a travel ban and sanctions along with Endralon to stop them, and what do they do, they say we are the evil one in Terra. You say we serve out "rich and elite" and I say this is The amount of intelligence and IQ in this argument is about the same as the amount of [REDACTED] I give about the opinion of a tyrannical dictator. Clearly he needs to do his homework but this is also the same brain dead oaf of a leader that thought that detaining Dovish diplomats as "terrorists" was a good idea. Hobrazia is about as pure as my toilet after I take a dump in it. They are Fascists and Fascists are threats to democracy. Dolgava is a democracy that has to this date not done anything close to what the Crazy Man in Hobrazia has. Shame on you Hobrazia and no one is going to believe that Dolgava and Endralon are at fault in this case. Endralon has done nothing and any man with a quarter of a brain can see that. Dolgava is the same story. We have done nothing and this is is a pointless attack. Hobrazia needs to be dealt with and I hope that action is taken quickly.

Lodamese delegation to World Congress as well concurs with other representatives in this Augustine body in condemning Hobrazian racial discriminatory policies and would look toward organized embargoing and sanctions against Hobrazia until the government of Hobrazia realizes their wrongdoings and misdeeds.

I would like to bring awareness to this assembly that Pontesi is talking about making "Death Camps" and that they are actively threatening nations of Terra in menacing ways. These actions appear to be possible bluffs however if they are serious about this, than the whole of Terra should be concerned. We advise Terra to be mindful about this situation and to keep watch and to be prepared to unilaterally destroy Pontesi from existence if they even consider this option.

Pontesi presents a dilemma. At this point its current regime by all reports is simply incompetently administering its own territory and mildly oppressing its own people likely in a manner we would still consider something a bungling sovereign nation may do.

However, it claims it will be oppressing citizens of other nations including executing them (Death Camps). Do we assume the despot is just self aggrandizing like various Emperors of Terra that appear from time in which case he or she should be ignored to rot in her or his own corrupton.

Or do we see anything in the way of evidence of actually moving against someone in which case we really should consider preventive action. If evidence leads in that direction the World Congress could either authorize a volunteer to strip the offending regime of its control of Pontesi or could recruit a multinational task force to do the same.

As indicated, we see a dilemma.

Civil Unrest in Barmenistan threatens to turn into ethnic conflict

Members of the World Congress,

Pontesi has decided, despite repeated warnings from the international community and the sanctions imposed, to go ahead with its plan of ethnic cleansing, death camps, execution and deportation of its citizens. In Selucia we were the first to notice what was coming, and we sounded the alarm. We are grateful to the international community for supporting us in this matter, but the crisis is already too serious to look the other way. It is time to act.

The Selucian government is currently working on an international treaty that establishes economic sanctions against the ruling elites in Pontesi, but we have already seen that this cannot be the only solution. Selucia has never been a defender of conflict, but there come certain moments when we have to ask ourselves: to what extent are we able to tolerate before having to act with all available means?
