As often is the case, we are watching a preventable catastrophe unfold, and all we can do is watch. Nonetheless, we will ask several questions:

Of Solentia and Dorvik - are there any factions worthy of the name that could negotiate for national leadership that is not tainted with outright murder as its only accomplishment?

Of Solentia, Deltaria, Quanzar and Kalopia - are there refuges who need international help?

Of Deltaria - is there anything particular the military regime's Prime Minister in Solentia or anyone else could do to prevent further military action in Solentia?

To address the wild allegations being laid at the feet of the Kingdom, I can say this: Dorvik has not provided any support for the Solentian government and as of this session, we do not have any plans. Should the situation change, we’ll address that. We, however, do wish that the Deltarian and Kanjorian governments, notably with the Alorian representative realize that the Dorvish government has provided support for individual Solentian’s who wish to continue to live or escape the situation in Solentia.

As it stands the Dorvish-Majatran Bank and the Dorvish Development Bank are providing loans to those individual Solentian’s who continue to need to live or flee the country. That being said, it is typical of Dorvish banks and national banking regulations to not provide funding to individuals under sanctions so that has not occurred and we recommend to the governments who’ve suggested as such walk that back.

To address the question from the Kanjorian representative, we have been approached by the new Prime Minister of Solentia for peacekeepers in the nation. After consultation with my government and allegations that there are “terrorist” involved in Solentia, the Dorvish government has authorized the deployment of a group of forces in Solentia. These forces will provide assistance to the new government in investigating and hunting down these alleged “terrorist” elements. We have no addressed yet any sort of aid to the new government but will continue talks with the new government in the hope we can end the situation peacefully.
