Tristan Thibaut, State Secretary for the Foreign Office, Royaume Uni de Kanjor:
We are very happy to see the World Congress Election Authority (WCEA) up and running and ready to serve in determining the fairness of elections.
Moderator: RP Committee
We are very happy to see the World Congress Election Authority (WCEA) up and running and ready to serve in determining the fairness of elections.
"Dorvik likewise welcomes the development of the World Congress Election Authority and recognize the efforts of the World Congress in ensuring free and fair elections throughout the world."
It seems to Republika Deltarska the new World Congress Election Authority might be very helpful in dealing with the ongoing North Dovani problem.
This might be a good time for the North Dovani election to be assessed by the WECA if the legitimate government requests it.
Following the 61st Security Council elections, the World Congress welcomes members to the 61st Security Council Session.
The elected members of the Security Council at the commencement of this term are Dorvik (A), Deltaria (B), To be Announced (C), Lourenne (D) and Liore/KU (E). Elected members have eighteen months to present a representative to the Security Council or they will forfeit their position for the duration of the term and the runner-up in their seat will replace them.
Republika Deltarska will be participating in the 61st Security Council Session.
It is good to be back in these chambers, fresh and new. The Kingdom of Dorvik sends me here as their representative.
While we are awaiting others to be presented and credentialed I believe that that, in good faith, we must order a commission to study the war crimes that were carried out in North Dovani and bring those responsible to justice.
Comrade representatives, it is my honored duty to represent the nations of the East on this esteemed body.
We second the Dorvish representative's call for a close investigation into the crimes committed during the rule of the North Dovanian military state and the following war. Being an issue of Dovani and the East, we suggest the body established to look into these crimes be headed by an impartial state from the region, namely Midway should they choose to accept, and overseen by the member-states of the Security Council.
I think perhaps the establishment of a World Congress Mission in North Dovani would be proper and it can be headed by an impartial, neutral party such as Midway but at the same time we would call on the full resources of the World Congress behind it.
Esteemed Representative, we welcome conversations on the establishment of a World Congress Mission in North Dovani. The United Kingdom agrees with our Dorvish representatives that the mission must be headed by a neutral party, but we must leave ground for involvement for the World Congress and Security Council. We must reassure that Midway is a suitable party for this investigation and we must show unanimous support for this decision.
