Esteemed members of the Security Council,

Insofar as the issue raised on the situation in Hobrazia, in par with the statements from the representatives of Dorvik and Beiteynu, including the non opposition from Lourenne, Likatonia and Dalibor, we propose moving forward in recognising it as an Artanian matter and not a topic of this council.

The internal conflict in Hobrazia is distressing and we hope that peace returns to the country soon. Nonetheless, we agree with the Beiteynuese and Dorvish delegations that this is not a matter of the Security Council, at least not at the present moment.
