Victor Louanne, Representative of the United Kingdom of Lourenne to the World Congress.
Esteemed Delegates,
We are here to formally announce our current humanitarian efforts in the Rildanor Civil War. We are currently waiting for SC Resolution 131 to pass to formalize our leadership in leading humanitarian efforts.
Our shared culture and established relationship with Rildanor has made these efforts manageable and facilities our processes. We are currently establishing a large refugee system on the island of Meroix. Hundreds sometimes thousands arrive each day. The United Kingdom can provide these refugees supplies and living quarters at Roi Philippe Naval Air Base for weeks but permanent relocation may be considered as our base reaches capacity. We expect members of the International Community to assist in relocation and further use of supplies.
We are receiving aid from all corners of the world. Many ships are continuing through our checkpoint in Meroix and dropping off supplies before returning and returning. We currently have 27 international organizations helping with this process, but official World Congress aid is needed.
