Ainhoa Sagari, Representative of the Kundrati Union and the President for the World Congress Security Council

The Union firmly agrees. We would like a general statement against terrorism and the condemnation of the terrorist-support Valruzian state.

Dr. Coriandre Tlatamulco, Royal Ambassadeur of the United Kingdom of Lourenne to the Security Council

Esteemed colleagues, we wholeheartedly support a motion to denounce terrorism throughout Terra, specifically, in Valruzia where ordosocialist attacks are beginning to spread fear throughout the continent.

I would like to remind council that the United Kingdom is taking personal steps to further aid the Northern Seleyan region through intelligence reports, military aid, and humanitarian assistance. However, the United Kingdom is limited in its humanitarian support. We have given aid throughout the years in several areas that our current resources are beginning to show signs of strain. If we cannot contain this threat to Valruzia and its immediate region, I fear we must consider different approaches to this situation.

Ainhoa Sagari, Representative of the Kundrati Union and the President for the World Congress Security Council

I will now introduce a resolution to condemn terrorism as a whole alongside the Valruzian state. As President of this institution I would like a period of 48 hours for further debate before this resolution is either revised or held to vote.

RESOLUTION 134 of the WORLD CONGRESS SECURITY COUNCIL
Created at the Eighty-third Security Council Session

ON the Humanitarian Crisis in VALRUZIA relating to ORDO-SOCIALISM, the terrorist attacks in BALTUZIA, and the Condemnation of ORDO-SOCIALISM

RECOGNIZING the Valruzian government as Ordo-Socialist, defined as socialist with extreme nationalism and chauvinism.

ALSO RECOGNIZING the Valruzian government's response to the heinous terrorist attacks in Johnston, BALTUSIA which is unique and unusual to internationally held standards to terrorist attacks

ALSO RECOGNIZING the impact of Ordo-Socialism in countries like Malivia, which had resulted in civil war and piratery for which countries like Dorvik, Beiteynu amongst others have attempted to resolve, and in countries like Kundrati and Beiteynu where terrorist attacks relating to Ordo-Socialism had touched

HEREBY CONDEMNS the Valruzian State for their support of Ordo-Socialist terrorists in the Baltusian attacks and demands that the country rescind their response, apologize to Baltusian terrorism victims, and take measures to prevent the spread of terrorism in Seleya

FURTHER HEREBY CALLS for a humanitarian response to affected areas of Ordo-Socialist terrorism and immigration, where countries like Tukarali and Likatonia have received millions of immigrants

ENSURE that immigrants leaving Valruzia be provided with proper medical and educational care and be provided a chance at housing either at a country of their origin or citizenship or, when their country of origin or citizenship is unsafe, the country accepting the immigrant

PROVIDE for funds for immigration centres to be set up for processing, housing and helping immigrants transition to new lives in these new environments, alongside screening programs for viruses and diseases that may affect the general population alongside those who potentially have a felony criminal record

REQUESTS countries taking in Valruzian immigrants to ensure that these immigrants are treated with the utmost respect and understanding of their current situation

FURTHER REQUESTS a humanitarian WC-led multinational peacekeeping mission to cooperate with countries taking on immigrants from Valruzia in order to provide security at immigration centres and to allow for protection of immigrants from any Valruzian or Ordo-Socialist repercussion

As the situation in Valruzia has been improving such a resolution is no longer necessary. Resolution 134 has therefore been tabled and, unless such delegates wish to continue the topic, we will close the debate on Ordo-Socialism and the Valruzian situation until the situation changes. The floor is open to any other debates the delegates believe the Security Council should look at.
