Image Mr Ladislao Ekspozito, World Congress Representative of the Free Republic of Cobura:
On behalf of the free people of Cobura, I would like to invite all members of the World Congress to recognise the Free Republic as the legitimate government of Cobura. Following the bloody seizure of power by the far-right Nen-Snēou paramilitary group, the Hosian Defence Forces have restored order and democracy to most of the country. As we begin the process of a return to democratic government, we would appreciate the support of the international community in our struggle.

Image Mr Hamad el-Mussa, World Congress Representative of the State of Cobura:
On behalf of the rightful government of Cobura, I would like to invite all members of the World Congress to recognise Commander-in-Chief Zōilos Angietis as the rightful leader of Cobura, and his government as the legitimate government of Cobura. Following the treachery of Hosian fundamentalists and Zard supremacist militias, Commander Angietis has restored order and democracy to most of the country. As we begin the process of a return to democratic government, we would appreciate the support of the international community in our struggle.

Image Ms. Charlotte Ammeter, Keymonite Ambassador to the World Congress
The Principality of Keymon hereby stands before this august chamber in pursuit of rendering assistance to the situation in Ikradon. The civil war which has ravaged that nation and has displaced millions represents a matter of great urgency for both the General Assembly and the Security Council. Although we [Keymon] remain steadfast in our belief that all parties must come to the negotiation table to bring said conflict to a speedy conclusion, we take this opportunity to bring the World Congress the plight of the millions of men, women and children who have been displaced by the conflict and are thus forced to seek refugee in neighbouring territories. Whilst we are certain that the post-conflict reconstruction process will lend itself to an improvement in the material conditions of the internally displaced, such an assurance cannot be said for those beyond the nation's borders. Recently, our government announced its intentions to accept and integrate some 100,000 refugees from Ikradon, in step with the brave and bold decision of the Dundorfian Government to accept and integrate some 500,000 refugees. In the absence of a World Congress entity/agency whose purpose could have been to manage the fallout of the subsequent humanitarian crisis within Ikradon, we call upon the World Congress to assist those territories that have accepted refugees with financial and/or other material aid. Beyond this, we call upon the World Congress Security Council to draft a resolution creating a World Congress Humanitarian Office which should be empowered to render assistance to refugees/asylum seekers and migrants throughout Terra and assist national governments in providing humanitarian relief to individuals in circumstances which necessitate such aid.
