Ash'mavinarim Mesiahulim, Head of the Digitali Nimshal of the Ministry of Infrastructure & Transport, Homeland State of Beiteynu

Esteemed dignitaries from the world over,

The Beiteynuese Government has prepared an agreement that will ensure Beiteynu's previous commitment that The Terran Times remains independent, free and unbiased of any one government or entity, for generations to come, paving the road for an interconnected world of news.

We hope that the Security Council considers including the treaty as part of its international docket of agreements.

Qin Xianliang, Yingdalan Ambassador to the World Congress
Honorable delegates, while we have kept abreast of the discussions in the Security Council regarding nuclear disarmament, I am pleased to announce that it is the official policy of the Grand Union of Yingdala to unilaterally disarm - without request from any state or group. We know nuclear weapons are a bane to society and realize the threat they pose to our civilization. As such, for the interests of the people of Terra, His Majesty the Son of Heaven has ordered their complete destruction. May Terra live in peace.

Wu Xuanyuan, Son of Heaven
Your Excellencies, I come before you to raise concern with the situation in Hulstria and Gao-Soto/Mikuni. The current party in power looks to seize on that country’s unfortunate flirtations with totalitarianism and genocide and implement similar policies once more. If done, the Declaration of Natural Human Rights would be violated, as would, We would contend, the Guiding Principles of the World Congress.

A genocide and destruction of the Kunihito in their native land would cause major harm to international security. The refugee pressures on neighboring states would be extreme. North Dovani - especially the Gao-Showan peoples - would naturally think that they are next. Dankuk and Seko could be targeted, as could Utari Mosir.

As Son of Heaven, I have pledged to protect the people. Mikuni is the foundation for much of Gao-Showan culture as we know it. I will not allow such a moral travesty which defies the law of God to go unpunished.

It is not only in the interests of this organization to follow its mandate, uphold the law, and act now before it is too late. Heaven and posterity are watching.

Sneakyeth Avodi, Head of the Medinat Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Homeland State of Beiteynu

We have no comment on R138.

Insofar as the situation in Dovani is concerned, we suggest that a first point of contact on the issue be Lourenne and the WDU.
