SC R56: Condemnation of Medina

With the recent crisis in the third world, with the Medinese Empire trying to grow its might with force, we hereby propose Resolution 56 to the Security Council:Resolution 56
SEEING the Medinese agressive policies,
NOTICING the illegal occupation of South Utembo and Tropica by the Medinsese Empire,
NOTICING the continious agressive behaviour concerning neighbouring nations,
SEEING the recent invasion of Utembo by Medina,
RECOGNIZING that every nation has a right to sovereignity without threats of other nations,
THE WORLD CONGRESS SECURITY COUNCIL
Undertakes to organize and establish an International Embargo and Sanctions against the nation of Medina and its protectorates Tropica & South Utembo, which will include:
I. All the nation recognising this resolution will cease all trade and economic activities with the Medinese or its protectorates Government and with Medinese or its protectorates firms concerning the sanctioned goods.
II. All the nation recognising this resolution will authorize their law enforcment agency to size all the sanctioned goods in transit in their nation which have as final destination Medina or its protectorates.
The sanctioned goods are:
I. All products which can be used for war purposes namely: weapons, ammunition, vehicles, ships, drones and planes.
II. All recources which can be used to produce products used for war, namely: oil, steal, kevlar, aluminium, uranium and goods containing these recources.
These sanctions will only be lifted if the following conditions are met:
I. End of the war in Utembo.
II. Release of power in South Utembo and Tropica.
III. Democratic elections in Medina and its former protectorates.
IV. A fair trial against the Sultan of Medina, Zaafir II, for starting the war with Utembo, Tropica and Statrica.
IV. The Authorization for a Mission leaded by the General Secreatary of the World Congress to enter Medina to ascertain the situation and to determine whether the government of Medina will be actually accomplishing the requests of the Security Council to lift the Embargo.
Seeing this issuue as extremely important, and with no time to lose, we open the vote. The Confederation of New Endralon, Kizenia and Kuzaki votes AYE on Resolution 56.
