Resolution 69 sets forth a finite time for debates, voting and discussions regarding Security Council Resolutions.
Recognizes the importance of Security Council Resolutions in the maintenance of the international order;
Declares that the Security Council have a set time table of 1 month (OOC: will be 5 days real life time) to discuss, place Security Council Resolutions to vote and vote;
Notes that in the event that a member, Permanent or Non-Permanent, fails to vote, veto or note an abstention to the proposed resolution the member will have their vote counted as an abstention.
