Resolution 70
Resolution 70 sets forth a resolution to allow members who began a vote to finish a vote.

Recognizes the democratic nature of elections within the Security Council;

Permits that in the event of a change of composition of membership in the Security Council, the members, Permanent or Non-Permanent, who began the vote, will finish the vote;

Allows for a Security Council resolution to be passed to remove any members whose position has changed in regards to membership within the Security Council and allow new members to take their place in a vote.
