Resolution 74
The Security Council
RECALLING: its primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security.
EXPRESSING GREAT CONCERN: at the decision of the Federation of Canrille and the Republic of Valruzia to use military force against Noumonde without the authorization by the Council.
REAFFIRMING: its commitment to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Noumonde.
DETERMINING: that the use of force by the Federation of Canrille and the Republic of Valruzia against Noumonde constitutes a threat to international peace and security,
Demands an immediate cessation of the use of force against Noumonde and urgent resumption of negotiations.
