SEEING the positive political evolution in Deltaria,
NOTING the efforts of the new Deltarian Government to improve in the nation a civil state of law and to introduce a stable democratic system,
ACKNOWLEDGING the abolition of the slavery and of the slavery trade in the nation,
THE WORLD CONGRESS SECURITY COUNCIL
Repeals all past references to Deltaria in previous resolutions about the slavery and slave trade adopted by the Security Council, at first for a temporarily period hoping that as soon as possible this disposition will can become definitive.

In order to constantly monitor the developments in the nation and could be able in the future to ascertain the definitive confirmation fo this total absolution of Deltaria toward the initiatives of this body,
THE WORLD CONGRESS SECURITY COUNCIL
gives to the Secretary General the task to establish a permanent international observatory in Deltaria to monitor the evolutions of the situation in favour of the respect of the state of law and of the civil and political rights of the Deltarian citizens.
