The Security Council is an instrument of peace, prosperity and stabilizing the International Order. Several nations who have been seated on the Security Council have attempted to negatively use their influence in attempting to gain favor, intimidate or outright threaten sovereign nations with their position. As leading members of the International Order we cannot allow this to become a problem. We hereby call upon the establishment of a commission, known as the Commission for the Oversight of the Security Council to be lead by a member state selected by the Security Council, to investigate and conduct an investigations into abuses by members of the Security Council. This Commission for the Oversight of the Security Council will be lead by a named High Commissioner and will be responsible to both the General Assembly and the Security Council.
The first investigation for the Commission for the Oversight of the Security Council will be an investigation into the actions of Istalia and monitoring Istalian actions in relation to their recent tenure in the Security Council which many believe,
including a portion of the General Assembly to be in direct violation and contradiction of the International Order.
