NOTING that several nations have come under control of violent thallerist regimes (Kalopia and Narikaton),
NOTING that one said nation (Kalopia) is already engaging in blatant slavery against the dictates of the passed Resolution 3 and the second (Narikaton) proclaimed its support for it,
PROCLAIM that all civilized and democratic nations cut all diplomatic ties with them,
RESOLVES that the security council from this moment forward, any support given to these nations will be considered in violation of this resolution and be countered accordingly be the full force of the security council.
