The Security Council of the World Congress,
NOTING the time needed to muster a international task force that then needs to coordinate with different task forces from other countries is a liability in a conflict peacekeeping scenario,
NOTING that the security council does not have any real tool to enforce its will on rogue states,
PROCLAIM the formation of the Security Council task force initiative, a multitask force consisting of 50.000 servicemen of different branches (Land,Air,Sea),
PROCLAIM that the task force can only be deployed under the passing a resolution of the SC and only if the intervention follows the stipulations of the founding principles of the World assembly. That of the protection of peace, democracy and basic human rights.
PROCLAIM that if the task force is deployed in a foreign nations territories it can only remain there at most only 2 years at max after the successful completion of the stated objectives they were given to accomplish.
RESOLVES that in the passing of this resolution every member of the SC is to pay 2.5 Billion LOD(Negotiable) a year for the upkeep of said force and provide in lend lease 1 destroyer and 4 frigates(Negotiable) for the formation of the sea brance of the Security Council task force,
