2. A formal denunciation of imperialism in all of its forms by all the parties involved.

3. A reaffirmation of the Guiding Principles of the World Congress.

4. Yingdala, through the Eastern Development Organization, will mobilize resources to aid Medina and Liore as recompense and reparations for the blockade and ensuing events.

5. Regular talks between Vascania, Medina, and Liore to take place annual on Whale Island.
