The Security Council

ACKNOWLEDGING that the border disputes between Hulstria and Gao-Soto and Seko, furthermore the involvement of Yingdala, poses a threat to world peace;

RECOGNIZING the value of human life;

FURTHERMORE RECOGNIZING the World Congress Security Council's leading role in preserving global peace and avoiding military conflicts;

CREATES a World Congress Security Council committee;

TASKES this World Congress Security Council committee to investigate in the conflicts regarding the border disputes between Hulstria and Gao-Soto and Seko, on behalf of the entire institution of the World Congress;

SELECTS Fodor Dorottya from the Endralonian delegation, Prakash Poddar from the Vascanian delegation and Pisentia Magunnus from the Selucian delegation to be part of this World Congress Security Council committee;

APPOINTS Fodor Dorottya from the Endralonian delegation to chair this World Congress Security Council committee.
