The Security Council,

RECOGNIZING the recent events in Dankuk as an escalation towards a full-scale genocide;

CALLS on the members of the World Congress to immediately;

SANCTION Dankuk with a complete and total halt on all foreign trade and business with the;

EXCEPTION of humanitarian aid provided by and verified by third-party resources in addition to World Congress officials.
