Foreign Minister of the Kundrati Union, Jaizkibel Garaycochea

Until we see people from Rapa Pile who attest to your claims, what you say is hallow here sir. Where is the referendum? Where are the neutral arbiters who aren't swayed by either side? If anything, I fear that the Vascanian representative is the one that does not wish to see a fair outcome. If Mr. Chakarvarti truly respects and supports the conduct of the World Congress, they would already have allowed it to conduct a free and fair referendum and also to allow peacekeepers to maintain order.

Ananda Chakarvarti, Permanent Representative of the Vascanian Empire to the World Congress

Mr Garaycochea, if there is one nation that uses military force to get their way then that nation is Kundrati. We remember quite clearly how you invade Kirlawa after a regime you didnt agree with took power there. We also remember how you let thousands of your own people die in the Hubris war because you wanted to prove something, probably that the only thing Kundratians can do is lose. Dont lecture us about international affairs and the rule of law and get your own priorities straight

Mr. Boleslaw heartily laughs. The Kundrati Foreign Minister, noticably, is not here.

While I understand your sentiment, they are already in danger. Their internal ministry building has already been seized and taken over by little blue men. Their military is probably already compromised. Foreign and internal nationals are, as we speak, already endangered. Either we are dealing with a coup d'etat, or we are dealing with the spark of an internal civil war. I urge the Vascanian representative to reconsider a

my apologies, didn't want to disturb mr chakaverti's way to memorylane to advert the issues, but can't hold ittogether if this kind of jokes are passed around. May be it doesn't bother you, mr Chakaverti, but as you see it does bother the international community. You are not safegaurding peolpe, you are terrorizing it, so please be at least brave enough to admite it or are all vascanians brave men in Rapa Pile?

If you are implying that we have annexed Rapa Pile, then you are mistaken. The Pilese people called us for help in their hour of need, we simply answered the call and brought them into the Vascanian family. Instead of insinuations and harassment, Kundrati should watch and see how the Vascanian Empire will elevate the Pilese people out of poverty and dispair. We dont invade countries because we disagree with them, we observe and aid, as we have done with the Pilese islands as well

I suppose your own media need to learn a thing a two then. We will watch with our eyes what you do to the people of Rapa Pile. The world is watching, Mr. Chakarvarti.

Timofei Ostroverkhov, Permanent Representative to the World Congress, Tsardom of Trigunia
Unless something has changed, and I'd certainly like an answer. The General Assembly and the Security Council are separate entities, the Security Council makes "Resolutions" that are binding on the World Congress' members, that is if they wish to follow the directives of the Security Council and the General Assembly is largely a consultative body. While Security Council resolutions are binding, those in the General Assembly, which we appear to be re-titling as "Resolutions", are merely symbolic moves.

The Security Council is not required nor should the whims of individuals force the Security Council to consider any "resolution" of the General Assembly to be binding on them producing a mirroring resolution in the Security Council.

Imperialist states will not openly say they are engaging in imperialism. They will say they are moving to help the people. They will say they are restoring order. Vascania has hit every checkmark on the imperialist playbook. Was the will of the Pilese even a concern for Vascania? Respectfully, you may claim it was but was there any referendum, any democracy? Anything for the people to have a choice in this? Vascania should be ashamed of blatant imperialism.

Océane Gachet, Deputy Minister of Exterior Affairs of the Commonwealth of Kanjor

Dear colleagues,

First of all, I would like to thank all members here for the support expressed towards our motion, and I would also like to thank the President of the General Assembly for re-opening the debate on the issue. We remain committed to our proposal and will advocate for it before the members of the Security Council.

If it fails on this floor, we will proceed in sanctioning Vascania separately, and we urge other world nations to follow us if that will be the case.

And lastly, I think now it's a debate about more than just aggression, more than even lying to members present here. Vascanian government broke the simplest: morals. In light of these events, we would like to express our solidarity with the people and democratically elected government of Rapa PIle and invite all refugees to Kanjor. We do not and will never recognise the Vascanian occupation of the islands, and work tirelessly until the control of Rapa PIle is up to the Pilese people themselves, not the authoritarian aggressors.
